These chips are great. Zero compromise on taste.
These chips are absolutely amazing. They have great texture and great taste. IMHO they are better tasting than Lays. I love that there are only 3 items: Potato(s), Sea Salt and Avocado oil. So much healthier than any seed oil fried chips. The Kettle cooking process gives them an amazing crunch....they are simply delicious. The only downside is of course the cost. Each bag (you get 10) is 1.5 oz and cost ~$2.30 (at the time of this review). So yes, it is a bit of a splurge, but anything to cut down on the inflammatory properties of seed oils might be a worthwhile tradeoff. I am anxious to try their sweet potato version as well as the veggie stick version. Love that this is a small family business focusing on healthy eating.

Delicious and nutritious
Thank you, a fried food made with healthy avocado oil!! So much better for you (let’s otherwise ignore that these are potato chips! lol). If I’m going to eat an unhealthy snack, I would rather not also consume oils that are bad. Oh and did I mention these are delicious!? Right about of salt, good crunch, thick enough to hold up when scooping out a big glob of onion dip.
