Great smell, lathers up nicely
Being a man of a certain age, Brut was very much a part of my teenage years, I used it as aftershave as well as splashing it all over (IYKYK) I am not keen on shower gel, but a lot of soaps don't lather up very well, this one does, so this is actually my second buy of Brut Soap on a Rope, that in itself speaks volumes. I love them.

Brilliant just as I remembered and love the smell! Lathers up lovely too! Doesn't dry the skin out like some soaps do. It will definitely last a long time.

As soap goes it's good. Has a good standard soapy type fragrance but I wouldn't say it's overly fragrant with Brut. Would I buy again? Probably not. It says exfoliating but I'm not to sure about that. So overall not terrible but not outstanding. It's just soap.

Must have for original brut lovers
Purchased for my dad who is obsessed with Brut aftershave , but it has to be the long neck glass bottle not the short square bottle ! my dad would tell you they are not the same , so this soap on a rope is the closest thing to the original brut aftershave, feels great on your skin with a lasting fragrance , a must have for the Brut lovers !!!
