The price for this item is not bad. The pill is kind of big, which I didn't like, but with enough liquid you can take this pill pretty easy. There is not a taste so there is no aftertaste to worry about. It seems to work quickly for me I started feeling sleepy within 30 minutes after taking the pill. You get a great night of sleep. I think it is worth it.

I have found that after taking these pills I definitely sleep better and don't wake up groggy. I like that they are all natural, non-habit forming and free from sugar, gmo's, dairy etc. They are easy to swallow, no bad after taste. The reason for 4 stars is that they are a bit on the pricey side which I get, it's a high quality product, I just wish it didn't require you to take 3 daily, maybe something more concentrated where you only need 1 or 2. I have tried taking less and I didn't get as good a sleep as I did with taking the 3

Update: Customer Support was kindly able to refund my product after using a full supply and seeing no difference in my sleep.I have sent a descriptive email to the listed customer service email address, TWICE, and they both came back as undeliverable. So, here is try #3.I have taken the majority of my bottle of Deep Sleep, as directed, with no help in falling asleep, or staying asleep. I was not excited about paying $69 a bottle, but I did it because nothing else was working. This did not work either. I'm requesting a return/ refund, and cannot find another way to do so. Thank you.

I’ve been taking this for three days, and here are my impressions. On the positive side, it definitely helps me reach deep sleep. No after taste from the capsules. I’ve even noticed more vivid dreams, which suggests I’m getting into REM sleep. However, there are a few downsides. The serving size is three capsules, which feels a bit much, and it didn’t really help me relax or feel drowsy before bed. I also experienced some grogginess and lingering tiredness when waking up.

Amazing product. I was struggling to get a full nights sleep and would wake up in the middle of the night but since trying this, I have slept through the night without waking up. I will continue to use it.
