I have hip arthritis and the Bob and Brad D5 Pro Massage Gun has been an important part of my therapy for several months. It provides me with effective deep tissue pain relief. The gun is easy to grip and I find that I can massage both the front and the back of my legs and hip easily. The D5 has adjustable speeds, is quiet to use around the house, and is very comfortable to hold. It comes in a very well designed case making it convenient to take along when I travel. In addition to using the D5 for arthitis pain relief, I am a cyclist and find the massage gun to be excellent for relaxing my muscles after a workout. Highly recommended!

Pleasantly surprised. It works just like to the one my massage therapist uses, but this brand is a fraction of the cost. Very happy I came across this item.

I'm updating this review to note that this massage gun has stopped working entirely after only 7 months of use (admittedly, frequent). It had grown noisier over time and today made a "clunk" sound and no longer functions. The display turns on, but something has broken internally. I was doing nothing abnormal when this occurred. 1 star Bob and Brad!... Previous 3 star review follows: --- I've been using some of the cheaper $20-$50 massage guns for quite a while. I use these things multiple times each day, mostly on my calves. The battery life was poor enough on the most recent $20 version, and its power was low enough that I decided to finally spend a few bucks on a decent version. So, after a good amount of research in the space I came to this brand as being the most likely to provide the best bang for my buck. Here are my brief thoughts after a month of use. I'm enjoying the battery life. It can easily make it through a whole day at this point (that will change with more charge cycles, however). It was initially nice and quiet but has become fairly loud. I haven't found the various modes all that useful, but I also don't really find speed settings all that useful for what I do. I tend to always gravitate towards the max speed. The device ergonomics could be better. My major gripes are the 10 minute auto shutoff and the placement of the buttons. I'm constantly accidentally mashing the buttons and turning it off or slowing it down. I guess these designs aren't really tested out first?

I liked the massager but it broke after light use within 9 month. After turning on, sometimes it turns off randomly, and the button seems to be less bouncy. Can product support contact me after you read this review pls! Update- I was contacted by the support team who read my review promptly and they offered to provide a full refund or give me a new massage gun at no cost since it was under the 12 month warranty period. I chose getting a new gun since I did like the performance. They have also extended the warranty to 27 months so the new gun will be covered. 5 stars for customer service.

Massager broke after a handful of light uses. L seems mine was part of a bad lot…..but the company was extremely helpful and great to deal with. Asked for a few pics and tests on my part, then immediately sent me a new unit. Overall a good experience.
