9 Inch Pilates Ball, Small Exercise Ball for Core &Physical Therapy

Perfect! Exactly what I needed for PT on my rotator cuff. Very sturdy, comes with replacement plugs if you happen to lose one, although I have no idea how that could happen, unless I guess if you deflate it when you aren’t using it. Very easy to blow up.

Got this for my Nanna to do PT exercises at home. You can use it for alot of it things, it’s very versatile. It’s been over a year so it’s definitely durable & you definitely get your moneys worth. The material is very thick and sturdy/ stable, not too slippery so you can get a good grip when needed. She felt very comfortable using it. It comes with a pump which takes forever lol so i used a machine lol the air stays in so it has a great seal, i’ve only had to refill once in a year and i would attribute that to the heat when the power went out in her building. I would recommend you go ahead and add to cart. i’d definitely buy this brand again

This little ball is helping me strengthen my leg and hip muscles - my Physical Therapist recommended it to use in my therapy at home. It is easy to inflate, with one exception: once the inflater tool is inserted and you have blown up the ball to the size you want, it is a bit difficult to remove the inflater without the ball deflating a bit. This is annoying. But it is not a deal breaker. Also, the directions for use and inflating are a bit obscure and vague. Otherwise, I like my little pink ball! So far, no issues with its quality.

Super durable, perfect size, and it was easy to inflate with the pump they provided. I’ve used this many times in my pilates workout and haven’t had any issues.

This was easy to blow up, and it has helped tremendously with my physical therapy exercises after my hip surgery. Great quality for the price. Seems pretty durable as well. You could use it for many exercises.

Great but air deflates. Might want to purchase a pump.
