I recently purchased the electric fireplace, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This fireplace has quickly become the centerpiece of our living room. Here's why I would give it 5 stars:Realistic Flames: The LED flames are incredibly realistic, and they create a warm, inviting ambiance. It's hard to believe they're not real!Convenient Remote Control: The included remote control makes it easy to adjust the flame intensity, heat settings, and even set a timer. It's so convenient, especially when you're snuggled up on the couch.Warm and Toasty: This fireplace provides ample heat, quickly warming up our room during the colder months. The adjustable thermostat is a fantastic feature.Easy Installation: Setting up the fireplace was a breeze. It came with clear instructions, and I had it up and running in no time. No need for a professional installer.Versatile Design: The sleek and modern design fits well with our decor, and it doesn't take up too much space. We love the option to use it with or without heat, which allows us to enjoy the ambiance all year round.Cons: There is very little space between the backside of the fireplace and the glass. This makes it a challenge to position the fake wood and rocks in the correct position and keeping them upright before installing the glass. The wood pieces would top forward and needed to be in the exact right spot to prevent this from happening.In summary, I can't recommend this electric fireplace enough. It adds charm and warmth to our home, and the quality is top-notch. If you're looking to create a cozy atmosphere in your living space, this fireplace is an excellent choice. I cannot begin to explain to you how beautiful and powerful this fireplace is.One of my favorite purchases that adds an unparalleled coziness to our home.There are plenty of 50” fireplaces for 1/3 of the price. But competitor options only offer a vent that’s so glaringly in your face it looks tacky and is obviously an over glorified space heater.This one has sleek thin vents on top you can barely decipher from the sleek and sturdy frame. It comes with embers + wood (my preference) or crystal rock pieces if you prefer a more modern vibe.You can change the color of the flame, and separately you can change the color of the bottom embers (about 10 options each). So there’s countless combinations you can create, natural options or colors like blue and green you want to be festive.But here’s the craziest part. When we were initially designing this built-in around this fireplace, we brought in an electrician to quote a separate power source for this fireplace. It was like $1500 for the extra outlet so we decided to run the cord to our existing outlet, which was powering everything else.*I’m not saying I necessarily recommend this*, but this fireplace has been running 24/7 (we NEVER turn the flames off) for a year and a half, plugged in to an outlet with 10 other cords (fourth picture). *No problems, tripped breakers, or power shortage to these sources whatsoever*Ok now for how powerful the heat is!In the 2 years since we’ve bought our home, I have never turned on the home’s central heating. Not once.We have a 2000+ sq ft home and *this single fireplace in the living room* heats the entire home.We live in Florida, but this winter has been record breaking cold. It SNOWED last week. We’ve been in the 20’s since the new year.I run this fireplace on high during the day and the home temperature stays at 74*. I run it low at night, and the home temperature stays between 68-70*.Even through an unseasonably cold winter, we have never ran our heat and we have never gotten below 68* - because of this puppy.The size is perfect in our built in (was going for something slightly smaller than our 65” frame tv to add some dimension to our entertainment center wall), it’s extremely simple, remote works great.Friends of ours have even bought this fireplace for THEIR home because they were so impressed with how it looked in ours.HIGHLY recommend.

We purchased a 60" unit to replace our existing gas/electric fireplace. As soon as I pulled it out of the box I saw the exceptional quality over a unit we purchased and returned. Installation is typical for these electric units, but keep in mind this is a bit deeper than the less expensive models. I attached 2x6's to my existing 2x4 studs.. then notched those to accept this fireplace. Very easy install once I removed the old fp, rock, sheetrock and replaced with new material. The effect is the best I have seen. MANY color combinations. Heat works well without taking the time to heat up like our old fp did. Very minimal faceplate making it look quite contemporary. You do get logs and various rock colors and sizes. There are quite a number of settings available. You can see we just decided on the black rocks and crystals. So far we are extremely pleased with the heat, flames and overall looks of this fp!

Before mounting I wanted to see what it looked like (in case I had to return). We were not disappointed! I'm not sure why they don't clarify this but before I bought this I looked to see if it was smart capable (works with Alexa and Google) and nobody put it in their review.App and smart features: It uses the tuya app and works with Google (I would assume Alexa too but my house is Google). With voice you can turn the heat on/off, turn the light on/off, and turn the unit on/off. It was quick to set up. In the app it has a lot more control over lighting and effects than the remote.Heating: It is putting out a surprising amount of heat. It's not winter yet so I can't really say if it will be good enough for my whole room but it definitely seems like it will. There are 3 settings, high, low, and auto.Effects: There are 2 flames (main flame and accent flame) that mix. There are led lights underneath the bottom (they call it the fuel bed). The main flame is only 1 color (reddish orange). You can change the opacity/brightness of this flame or have it off. The accent flame can be any color and the opacity/brightness can be changed. The fuel bed lights can also independently change to any color. On the tuya app it's super easy to change all of these settings. The lights are really stunning. In the box there are logs, large crystals, small crystals, black glass chips, and small pumice. The user manual has instructions on how to lay it out but it can be mixed and matched to whatever you want.Before buying this, we visited a specialty fireplace showroom and all of the units they sold just looked way too fake and cheesy (also the 60" was over $3k). This legend flame unit looks far better than any other we've seen.

This is my second linear electric fireplace I've ordered from Amazon. The fire one was I got a few years ago was from PuraFlame, the Serena model. I loved it at first but after only a few months it started making ticking and intermittent grinding noises that got louder and louder as the months and years went on that now it's so loud and very annoying making it unusable. Not long after I purchased it the model was pulled off Amazon and hasn't been available since. Guess they realized it was a lemon too and stopped selling them.Like a lot of people here I also did extensive research for a replacement. The reviews for this brand/model are so good, 95% 4 and 5 stars. That rarely ever happens for ANY product on Amazon. So I took a chance. So far I'm really loving it. It has a lot more settings you can adjust than the Serena had and the flames look much more realistic. Also I love the wifi capability with integrated iphone app and Alexa control. So nice! Another feature I'm really liking is the crackling fire sound, really adds to the realism. Tip - The lowest setting on the remote for the crackle sound is still too loud to my taste, so I wasn't going to use it, but then I discovered you can adjust it much softer using the app. I set it to about 15% and it's just perfect. So nice!The only downside I can say is attaching the heavy 80 lb fireplace box to the wall bracket is NOT EASY! You have to get the two metal tabs projecting from the wall bracket to fit into two small holes on the back of the big heavy fire box. It was extremely difficult and took me 10 tries but I finally got it on. One thing that helped with this was I took a pair of flat nose pliars and bent the tabs down just a bit to make them stick out more so they could catch the receiving hole in the box better. That's the only reason I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Love this fireplace! It looks very realistic and is difficult to tell it’s not a real flame. The glass ashes combined with a few crystals (both included and more than you’ll need) create an ash bed that looks like it would burn you if you touched it. I’m surprised every time I turn it off that the glass isn’t hot. However, it does heat very well and the room stays warm and comfortable. We wanted a wood burning fireplace and the quote we received was over 12k. For a fraction of that we were able to get a way more convenient and better looking product. Originally we purchased a cheap knock off on Amazon. The top and bottom bevel together were bigger than the flame box and the flame and wood looked horrible. Don’t waste your time and money on one of those - you won’t be happy. For a couple hundred bucks more this fireplace is well worth it. A great value. Also, very easy to install - we built a custom cedar frame for about $250 and used tongue oil to bring out the color - and there are tons of flame and coal bed color options that can be controlled through the smart life app/Alexa. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

We ordered a 72" to go into our new media fireplace wall. The flames look pretty realistic and so far, we have had no regrets. We have a very large open floorplan so I don't plan on using it to heat the whole area, but I feel like the blower works well and will be enough to remove a chill in the air. We live in Arizona so we don't typically get very cold weather. *important* i have read some complaints about sound being too loud or flames not looking good etc. The fireplace comes with a remote but the app is so much better! Download the app! There are so many additional adjustments that you can make and you can even turn it on and off with your phone. No need to look for a remote.It came quickly and was packaged .All and all we love our fireplace and I would definitely recommend.
