One small issue is that the usb charging feature is a bit gimmicky - you still need your own power bank so its basically just a port passthrough. I love that both me and my husband can comfortably wear it thanks to the adjustable straps that are actually padded enough not to dig into shoulders. The stroller clips work great on our model which is super convenient for shopping trips. After a month of heavy use, theres no visible wear and tear which gives me confidence it'll last. My only real complaint is that the wet clothes bag could be slightly bigger to accommodate multiple outfits after those inevitable diaper blowouts! Love the size and quality of the backpack. It’s really great for using on a spring day when taking baby to the park! It’s lightweight and has many pockets which makes it perfect to store small items. Let it air out for a bit to get rid of any odors.
