It’s just OK
This wasn’t really what I was looking for. Kind of difficult to use. I was hoping to fit my shoe on the one end and pull on the other, but it’s not big enough space to fit in issue. The quality is good. It’s not what I was looking for.

Tiny and sticky and disgusting to touch
This resistance band is tiny and very light weight. When the package arrived it was so light I thought it was the erasers I ordered. Now, these things don't affect the function, but it looked much larger in the description photos. These features would make it easy to to take with you to use it away from home. It offers a nice resistance to improve the strength of someone like me who is not very fit. I wanted this to strengthen my arms so I can start doing archery again, but touching it disgusts me. My husband was not bothered at all by touching this, but I find the feel of it so gross that I still feel disgusted after touching it 10 minutes ago. The feel of this reminds me of those sticky, stretchy, bugs and monster cereal box toys that can stick to the wall. This will not stick to the wall and is not as horrible to touch as those toys, but it has a similar feel. I refuse to touch this ever again and will see if my husband or children might want to use it before I get rid of it. If you are a person like my husband, who does not get grossed out by things with weird sticky textures, you might like this resistance band.

Easy to use resistance band
I like this resistance band. It is very easy to use. I use it mainly for my arms and back. It is very stretchy and it has decent resistance. Not too much that it's hard to pull, but enough to feel it working my muscles. I really like that it is anti-slip and it has the hand or foot holds. I feel it is more secure this way. The purple color is a nice, soft color also.
