This watch is perfect for people that want an analog watch or even, and this might be an unpopular opinion, an analog world. I wanted my kid to learn how to tell time. Not just always ask Alexa what the time is or look at a digital clock. I got this so that they can wear it on their arm when they go out to a friend's house so they know when they need to be back home. Works as expected for something that isn't over designed.
