Great product however the straps are very long so if you are less than a size 14 ladies this is going to fall off you, although perfect for wearing across your body as a strappy bag

Says its for children but doesn't go small enough to go around my daughters waist. She's almost 10 and it's too big even on the smallest strap. But otherwise it's great quality and looks nice.

I returned this item because it was too wide for my 11-year-old son. However, the return process was smooth and effortless—someone came to collect it the very next day. Excellent service. The product itself was of good quality and looked great, but I didn’t keep it due to the fit.

Great for work

The media could not be loaded. Extremely unhappy with this product and I believe the measurements given are totally incorrect to the point where it is far too big for me. It states at the smallest it is 80cm when in fact when measured it is 91cm. This makes it impossible to wear as it just falls down too far making it uncomfortable and not practical. This is false advertising and now I do not have any packaging to send it back as it arrived in a clear damaged bag. I would like to return for a refund and would appreciate packaging being provided.
