I recently got a new phone case for my android that has the magsafe magnets on the back of it so thought i would try a magsafe phone mount. My phone has lived in the passenger seat or cup holder for as long as i've drove because most mounts are just awful with the suction cups that always fall in the summer heat or winter cold and their annoying clamps to secure your phone just suck. This solves all the issues i've had with phone mounts, its nice as simple which i like. It has a little ratcheting arm that comes out and hooks onto the back of your vent and then tightens up for a very secure fit and overall it feels really sturdy and i have no worries about it falling so it's a very good design. It works amazing and as it should, i imagine the magnets on my cheap 9 dollar case aren't the highest quality but even still it is a very strong fit and its just as strong if you want your phone to be horizonal instead of vertical. I did my quick errands around town today on crappy roads plus the vibrations of my 200lb subwoofer in the truck and it held on just fine. All in all i'm very happy with this product and shocked how cheap it is. Keep making great products ugreen i love you guys.

Great design holds my iphone nice and tight on the vent tabs and magnet is strong. Wish it had charging as a all in one would be perfect but for a basic vent mounting option its on the money!

I used this on a rental truck, it was great. Every time I take my truck to get service I get a rental and it's a pain to be without my permanent phone holder for a few days. This mount is great because I can put it in any model rental truck and when I get my truck back, I just take this away and save it. It holds the phone great. I drive a semi truck, the bumps are hard sometimes but this mount never drops my phone. Easy to install, takes me 30 seconds and easy to take the phone out when I leave the vehicle. Its a great design because there are no buttons to push when taking the phone off or putting it on. The phone stay firm and doesn't shake . I bought 3 of these even for my car.

This is a very stable and strong holder. My case also has magnets in it so combined it takes almost 2 hands to remove it from the mount. Mine does not move and stays exactly where I put it for the duration of my trip. It tightens down nicely to the vent so there is really stable connection. If your phone is not in a case, they provide an adhesive connected ring to put on your phone. Since I didn’t need it, I cannot vouch for the strength of the magnetic grip. This one by far has been the sturdiest vent-mount I have used and not broken by over tightening to keep things in place.

I have a Pixel 7a phone and drive a Mazda CX-5. This air vent mount seems okay so far, with a few caveats. First, the magnet isn't as strong as I would like. It doesn't hold well if you have the target plate on the inside of your phone case instead of the outside despite that fact that I have a thin, lightweight phone case. My last phone mount (a dashboard mount that cracked in half after two years, unfortunately) had no problems grabbing and holding on to my phone, but with this one I have to move my phone around until I'm able to let go without it immediately falling off. Even then, it'll still fall off if I go over a bump. I'm going to try adding a few strong, flat rare earth magnets to see if it'll hold better. Second, the mount seems to fit my air conditioning vents reasonably well but I had to play around with it in order to find a location that didn't cause the vent to close as soon as I put my phone on it. I found that positioning the clip with the long side up (as shown in the instructions, duh, lol) works better than long side down, and the removable plastic wing nut that's right above the clip also seems to help brace the mount and hold it in position. Overall, this is an inexpensive, decently made, reasonably easy to install phone mount that will get the job done. I wish the magnet was a bit stronger but for people that don't mind having the metal target on the outside of their phone case it should be fine.

The perfect holder for my phone! I used to use a holder that went into the CD slot of my old vehicle so I was looking for something similar for my new ride. This fills the bill! Easy to attach to the heat/vent in your car, and holds solid while giving you the ability to tilt your phone up, down, left or right. Highly recommend!

It is probably good If you have a MagSafe phone or case. If you don't have a MagSafe phone or case, you have to glue the metal ring to outside of the phone or case. It does not work if you simply put the ring inside your phone case since the magnet is too weak to hold your phone in place. The rings have glue pre-applied. I did not know that and messed up glue on one of the rings. I glued a ring to outside of my phone case. It holds so far, but I don't know about long term prospects.
