I got this to help the swelling under my eyes in the morning, the first time I used it I tried to open it without running it under cold water and ice being fragile it broke, it was easy to remove the broken ice with a little bit of warm water & I filled it back up, and back into the freezer it went. - second times a charm, I went back to it when it was frozen and this time carefully removed it and ran it under water for a little bit. i’ve only used it a handful of times now but I can slightly feel and see a difference within my face. my under eyes are less puffy and my pores are slightly closing. I love this thing and it also doubles as an ice pack for bruises & my two year old doesn’t mind holding it himself because the silicone helps it not feel so cold to the touch

it works just like it should

It’s hard to get the mold off without breaking the ice when it’s done freezing. I try to run warm water to loosen the ice out but it doesn’t work all the time.
