The computer was for my grandson. He lives it as it's easy to use and helps him do his homework. He also plays games when he thinks no one is looking

Excellent for internet communication

I am very happy with this laptop! Even though it has only an 11.5” inch screen, it’s very easy to look at for a long period of time. The keys are not too close together, so typing is a breeze. It was very easy to set up. Straight out of the box, you just plug in the charger and then turn on the laptop. Mine had a 96% charge on it already. The set up was so easy following the step-by-step instructions on the screen. It even synced up my bookmarks from my old laptop! It is Bluetooth enabled, which made it very easy to work from my apartment. It has a good weight and seems very sturdy. I like that it is light enough though to carry around in my backpack. It holds a charge well. It’s a very basic laptop, with not a lot of bells and whistles. But that’s all I need. I don’t do any streaming or movie watching on it. Basically I use it for social media, emails, and Amazon. So it’s exactly right for my use! I’m so happy that I got this Chromebook. My old laptop was also a Chromebook, and I never had any issues with it getting any viruses. This is the best Chromebook for the money, in my opinion. Great price on it too!

I literally bought the laptop June 23 of this year. It’s only been used for my 9 year old’s homeschool work. As of yesterday, it won’t even turn on. The light on the side lights up, but the screen won’t come on. I charged it all day, and still it won’t turn on. I’m very disappointed and have never had a laptop last only a few months, even with very heavy use and this one wasn’t used that much. It was almost $200.

Very nice little Chromebook for everyday use! My old Chromebook gave out after a liquid accident and I couldn't access some necessary info. Bought this one and it really is a nice size - back in service in no time! Thank you Acer!

The chromebook was a decent price and worked well for what it was meant for. It's on the lower end of most chromebooks so I didn't expect too much. Multiple processes is hard to work with. Battery life decent. Near the end of life it slowed down to a crawl, but 9 months was what I expected.

Granddaughter loves it. Several features like the one she uses at school. Easy to set-up and use.
