Yay, coffee!
So, I heard Green Day was making their own coffee and I had to check it out. I'm glad I did! It's really good! Cerro De Oro was what I ordered, so now I have to try other flavors.

I want very much to like it
I love Green Day and I Love coffee so I thought this would be a slam dunk. The coffee is good but is maybe not meant for a kcup as it just brews too weak

Too hard
The lid is so hard the machine doesn't puncture it, i have to do it manually. And it gets stuck in the machine so i have to pull it out of the teeth.

Great coffee!
After drinking Peets Coffee for so long (because I preferred it over Starbucks and other well known coffee brands for k-cups), wanted a change. Tried Oakland Cerro del Oro and really like it! Surprisingly good.

Tastes great!
This is my first time trying this brand. I was looking for a decaf because I like to have coffee in the evening a couple of hours after dinner. Yet I don't want it to keep me awake. This Straight Edge has a rich bold taste, no bitterness. It is as satisfying as my regular morning coffee, but doesn't keep me awake at night. And the fact that it's organic is what convinced me to purchase it.

More bitter than expected
Purchased for my boyfriend; he's the coffee drinker in the house. He loves bitter beer (IPAs) and drinks his coffee black. He prefers medium-roast coffees and this one was a bit bitter for his taste. We would consider buying this again predominantly because it's a local company and we LOVE that the pods are completely compostable in our county's green-waste bin. There's no plastic cup to remove when done brewing, just remove from your brewer and toss in the compost bin! You could also easily slice open the bottom and sprinkle the coffee grounds in your yard (helps keep cats out of flower beds). We had no problems with this pod in our brewer; they're just as effective as pods with plastic cups.

Almost perfect cup ...but a stronger version than what I care for
My son likes a stronger cup of coffee so I'll have this on hand to treat him Perfect cup of coffee to wake-up to, but a bit stronger than I care for. I will buy again for my son when he comes home. I know he'll love it and not have to doctor to hide bitterness as the chemicals that create bitterness in coffee are not there. Biodegradable containers are perfect for my Keurig machine and I'm helping mother nature by not polluting her.
