Look good just got unlucky
I have bought these twice (baby blue and baby pink) both are very useful as storage and look very pretty. However the big one came a little dented in two places, the box it came in wasn’t damaged or the packaging around it so it probably happened in the factory or storage facility before they wrapped it up.

Arrived in great condition. Only needed the small size to make a keepsake trunk for a shower gift. For the price I’ll keep the larger one for something else.
