Hands down the best!
I’ve always loved pig skins, but these are delicious, and so much healthier than some of the other brands I’ve tried!

Best Carnivore "chips"
I wish these were also sold in Costco and HEB. But thanks Amazon. As a carnivore for over 6 months, these are my favorite "chips", especially when I'm in a bind and not willing to make skin on pork belly (Costco) in the oven. This is a great emergency snack. I normally by 3 to 4 bags at a time of the 5oz. But decided on getting a subscription and slow down on consumption.

The BEST pork rinds on the market for Keto or just general snacking
I have been doing strict, "clean" keto (which for me means dairy free, gluten free, organic, mostly plant based whole foods only with some animal protein) for a little over 3 months now and there are certain products that really make it so much easier to stick to it. During my early days, I found a lot of recipes for tortillas and wraps that call for pork rinds as a binding agent instead of flours or cheeses and quickly realized that most (pretty much all) pork rinds sold in stores are at very least fried (which is HORRIBLE for your health - I could go on and on about this but just take my word for it) and at worst are full of additives and ingredients that make them anything besides the "healthy" low carb keto snack that they're touted to be. I found these at a local Whole Foods and was thrilled to see that they are BAKED not fried with very minimal ingredients which in this flavor is just pork skins and Himalayan pink salt. HOORAY! I now have these in my Amazon subscribe and save for monthly delivery so I can use them to put in my food processor and make my homemade tortillas and wraps with them. The flavor is great! I will occasionally snack on a few, but mostly I use them ground up in other recipes. My only complaint is that usually about 1/3 of them are rock hard and dark (see pic of light and fluffy on the left and rock hard on the right). I don't know if this is a common issue with pork rinds in general or these specifically, but those ones are nearly impossible to eat or grind up in the food processor. For how expensive these are and how small the bag is, it seems like an awful lot of waste for the money, however it's a price I'm willing to pay because I have yet to find another baked pork rind ANYWHERE, let alone ones without added ingredients. The only other thing that could make these better is if the pork skin were sourced from organic, naturally raised pigs, without any hormones etc., but I realize that's asking a lot haha. In general I'm very pleased to have found these so I can cook with them. They also make a great substitute for panko bread crumbs. I can definitely recommend if you're on keto or are just trying to eat/snack more cleanly or more low carb! I hope this review has been helpful!

Taste
I recently ordered the sea salt with the four bags and I, nor my son or dog couldn’t eat them, the packaging bag smelled terrible and the taste was horrible, I even tried putting them in a ziplock bag and thought that might help, it didn’t, so I just threw them away. I’ll never order these again. I was so disappointed because I am trying to lose weight and since they are low in calories and I crave crunchy, with a little salt, I thought they would be perfect. I was wrong!😡

Why Do They Taste So Weird Now?
Love these and have eaten 1 bag a day since I went on carnivore diet. A little dry but that's because they are baked and have less saturated fat. However, the last two boxes I got have a weird taste/chemical smell to them like they were cooked in burnt oil or something and I can't eat them. They look the same but I've never had that happen before. Thought it was a one off but after opening every bag (a total of 8 bags) they are all like that. Got a refund but I hope they didn't change their recipe and fix whatever is going on because I buy like two boxes a week they were a staple in my diet. Will buy another box in a week or two to see if things have changed.

Yummy & perfect for Carnivore
I love the taste and crunch of these pork rinds. I’m on a carnivore diet and I look forward to dipping these in butter to get my fat/salt content (both needed for carnivore diet). These are less salty than other brands and don’t taste as greasy. I have been ordering from Amazon because when I purchase at the store there are too many broken and smashed pieces. I do feel they are more pricey than other brands, but believe these are better.
