Does the job. This on is actually larger than I needed. Be careful not to cut anything near it. I shredded my first ons slicing chicken in the styrofoam tray on top of it. Knife sliced through the tray and the mat☹️

On my first receipt of this product earlier this month, I wrote a review noting the 4 creases that were in the folds of the mat. The creases were deep and could almost be classified as cuts in the silicone. Also, no matter what I did to the mat the shipping creases would not come out therefore the mat did not fully lay on my countertop.WELL, this replacement mat is NO better!!!!! The shipping creases are still there as is a couple of deeper creases that, again, could almost be accused of being a cut.A great product with packing issues. To the manufacturer: You will sell a ton of these if you just change your packing method to a rolled mat inserted into a tube mailer. Sadly, you will probably not heed this advice and your product will continue to be sub-par.
