I bought these for work. They are amazing! Sound is incredible. They are super comfortable so that I can listen to music on them in between meetings. Battery life is outstanding. Great buy.

This product does what it promises and I recommend it.

Great product, been doing real good and I’ve had it for more than a year, however with all the transporting I’ve done I think the usb is starting to malfunction. Is there anywhere I can just buy the dongle so that I can stop having my headset randomly disconnecting mid session?

I bought these w high hopes because I had a wired pair of headphones from this manufacturer last several years w no issues. They started having issues so it was time to buy a new pair of headphones. Figured it would be nice to be able to get up and refill my water while in meetings w out taking my headphones off.They worked great for 1.5 months, then randomly started losing connection to the dongle, and I am outside of the Amazon return window. Have a ticket open w the manufacturer, if they resolve the issue, I’ll update my review.Otherwise - I do not recommend this product if you are the type that works from home and needs a good set of headphones. It’s really annoying being in meetings and it disconnect so your work machine speakers become default and no one can hear you, then they reconnect and you have no sound for 1-2 seconds, randomly and over and overUpdate on review- customer service was prompt w responding to me when I reached to them directly. I needed to provide a video of the defect happening, my order number, and id number on box. They immediately sent me a new pair and they work perfect! If they start failing in a few months, I’ll update this again. But as of right now, I am totally satisfied because they sent me a new pair of headphones that I can use while I work

Great sound and good vlome adjustment

The sound is great, and the battery life is pretty good too, but from what I've heard from my friends, the sound of the mic is very low. It's clear, but very low.It lasted almost a year for me, before the mic on it broke, so I'll have to get a new one soon.I can still hear sound and music, but the mic itself is broken now.For the time I've used this thing though, it's ok.

Started to get glitchy after 6 months, stopped working after 8 months.. . And before that almost since month 1 it would disconnect and reconnect mid game or mid conversation. highly annoying. mic looks and sounds amazing but the technical quality can use work. 2 stars

This gaming headset is awesome, it looks stunning with the LED and it sounds good I could compare the sound with mid range premium gaming headsets from premium brands like astro, Logitech or steel series, what really stands out for me is how quickly it connects to the PS5, how solid is the connection better than my steel series, sound quality they have a really good range and it can really translate what's going on in your surroundings, steps, voices... I would strongly recommend to turn the soround sound off it's built with ok materials around the headband and the adjustments its made of plastic and aluminium, the earcups are made of mostly plastic and the LED shine's in the dark without being too distracting battery life it's ok and it charge's via USB type C, for the price it is Great and I would recommend, the only thing that would have made this headset perfect is that the earcups don't hinge inwardly apart from that they are a solid 8.5 out of 10 taking in consideration the price and that they are PS5 wireless compatible out of the box

If you have an issue with the bluetooth/ usb dongle not working in one of the ears, just contact ESKA and they will be very helpful in sending a replacement. The actual product works great, has great sound and mic, even through bluetooth. Though it might feel a little tight on your head when you first get it, it gets really comfortable after a while
