Just got back from vacation and using this. The construction is solid and the rubberized material is water proof. We drove through some very strong winds and the carrier held up, even through a heavy rain without leaking. I was very impressed. The storage capacity was perfect for the four of us with room to spare. I do not have roof rails, so we depended solely on the straps. The straps are strong. Great space saver so that we didn’t have to travel with our luggage jammed between us. I have a 2025 Honda Pilot and it worked great for us.

Much easier to put on than expected. We easily emptied it onto a luggage cart at our hotel we stopped at during travel as the key won’t stop someone that really wants to get in but it was easy to do and saved us sooo much space inside the trunk. Kay was easy to set up to attach zippers together. Seems to be good durable quality! Kept items dry during a storm! We are excited to travel more with it in the future!

Durable, easy to attach, and ample storage. Took this on a trip for 416 miles (there and back again) with no damage or loud noise. To be fair, I added my ratchet straps in addition to the included straps because, while they looked durable, I wanted to be extra cautious.

Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been less than satisfactory.Firstly, the installation process was incredibly challenging and frustrating. The instructions provided were unclear, and the straps and buckles were of poor quality, making it difficult to secure the bag properly to the roof of my car. It took me a significant amount of time and effort to finally get it installed, which was quite disappointing.Furthermore, the durability of the cargo carrier bag was highly disappointing. After just two uses, I noticed tears and damages on the bag's surface, rendering it ineffective for any future trips. It's worth noting that I didn't exceed the speed limit or drive aggressively on the freeway, yet the bag couldn't withstand even moderate usage. This lack of durability is a major drawback, as the bag is supposed to provide reliable protection for your belongings during transportation.On a positive note, I must admit that the cargo carrier bag did have a commendable carrying capacity. It provided ample space for my belongings, allowing me to transport a significant amount of cargo. However, this positive aspect is overshadowed by the bag's other drawbacks, particularly its difficulty to install and its poor durability.

I rarely write reviews, but I thought I should for this product. I bought it in April of 2023 and I have used it 3 times. Once per year for a camping trip. I used it on May 31,2025(the third time) and one of the zippers broke. The bag was not over loaded by any means and there was plenty of room inside the bag. There is a second zipper and I used it to close the bag. If the second zipper breaks then the bag will be useless since it wound not be closed while driving. It is a real shame the zippers are junk because the bad is thick and made very well. Wish I could get a refund, but the window has long closed for a refund.

Easy to put on your vehicle. The zippers and straps were well laid out and the carrier withstood a 3000 mile trip with no issues. Everything stayed dry and the mounting straps didn't need constant tightening. Tons of space to hold everything. With proper care this should last for years.

100% awesome! Did what it was intended for 4446 miles from Louisiana to the pacific coast, up to Utah, back to Louisiana in the heat, rain, & over 100 mph! Did phenomenal! I’d recommend to everyone

Unfortunately the return window closed while I was still in the process of moving and didn’t have internet, or else I would have asked for a refund. Despite following all instructions and thoroughly and repeatedly checking for any holes or damage, the waterproof component was laughable. It rained for about 3 hours near the beginning of my 15 hour drive. The rain didn’t come in through the zippers, instead anything that touched the top of the cargo carrier was wet when I removed it many hours later at my destination. If it hadn’t rained I think I would’ve written a good review; it’s large, easy to use, instructions are clear, etc., so that’s why I’ve given it at least 3 stars even though my things got wet (thankfully I had only packed soft things and everything could be washed and/or hung out to dry, but the cost of washing and drying all of that wasn’t small!). Attached photo of inside of bag, when I opened to unpack it- that many hours later and there were still visible droplets of water inside.
