1.Make sure that your phone is charged via Micro-USB port (positioned Narrow-Side Up). And it was positioned in the middle. This model is NOT compatible with Narrow-Side Down port.
2.A proper protective phone case is needed to well protect the patch and the phone. NOT all cases will work with this patch. Choose a case that will accommodate the thickness and the plug easily.
3.If you think you'll be regularly switching between wireless and cable charging this might be an inconvenience and possibly cause undue wear and tear.
