I am very pleased with this purchase. Really simple to setup and performs better than expected. Thought I'd give this a try in the refrigerator in the garage after the GFCI outlet tripped and had to throw away a ton of meat. Now I can check the temp from anywhere and get alerts if the temp rises to unsafe levels or if there's a power loss! I had my doubts about it working cause i don't have a good wifi signal in the garage, but it works great! Planning to order another one. Wish I would have gotten one sooner!

Works really well, and pretty easy to set up. You can set up alarms such as for when a deep freezer gets too warm for too long, it gives enough notifications and email notifications. We even had our Wi-Fi drop while using this product. We got an email saying that Wi-Fi was disconnected, and when Wi-Fi came back on the device automatically reconnected.

I'm using this to monitor freezer temps in a vacation home. It installed and connected to our network very easily and, though it's only been about a week, seems to functioning perfectly. The sensor responds very rapidly to temperature increases, but seems much slower to cool down. Therefore, I've had to increase the alarm delay time to 15 minutes to eliminate false alarms when the freezer door is opened for even a short amount of time. This shouldn't affect my intended use of the monitor though, as I need it to ensure we don't have a freezer failure and come back after a month to the smell of rotten food in the house.

The readout on the item is large and easy to read. Set up is simple. The probe is quite sensitive and will change quickly when the door is opened. It will return to normal as quick as the interior does.The phone app interface could be easier to use. Some things you need to do, like set upper and lower alarm limits, are not easy to find.Overall I'm happy with it.Getting alarms on my phone if the freezer door, in the garage, is left open will prevent a freezer full of food from thawing.

I put this in our garage deep freezer that stores my breastmilk so I can know if it goes out of temp. It was easy to set up and works well. In fact sometimes it's a bit annoying with how much it alarms you that the temp is out of range, but I guess that's the point lol.

Worked for about a month, then stopped. It was a good month then it would randomly stop connecting to wifi, then i couldn't get it to reconnect. After connecting a dropping for 2+ days, I gave up on it. Don't waste your money.

Don't often leave reviews, so that says alot. We recently had our old Deep freezer die on us. About lost all the contents, Deer meat etc. Could have been really costly. Was able to save it. However when I bought an new Deep freeze I wanted to be able to remotely monitor it so I could potentially avoid an future disaster. This product was not only easy to setup its easy to calibrate and use the app. Will def be looking into more of their products. Only complaint i have is that it doesn't come with an plug for the usb. But for the price I'm not allowing that to affect its review.

Great little gadget for taking control of you freezer. Had the power go out couple of times and ruined all my meat. Won’t happen again.
