These are a little too good, I always grab them when the price is reasonable. It's not quite birthday cake, but I think the flavour is actually far better than a generic chemical sponge cake. I think you'll either love them or hate them.

Cost v taste v protein amount
They cost £1 (at the price I bought them for a 12 pack) Grenade cost £1.50 a bar currently on Amazon)They taste fine. Yes sweet (a slight clue in the name btw - Birthday cake!) But perfectly edible.20.5g of protein per bar. Can’t go wrong.If customers are looking solely for taste buy a chocolate bar. If you’re looking for a relatively cheap high protein snack that tastes fine, you can’t go wrong with these. Or spend an extra 50p each time you have a bar and buy grenade bars.
