Increased vitamin D levels
These Vitamin D3 and K2 supplements are so good. Easy to swallow and increased my levels to a healthy reading. I notice that Vitamin D deficiency has caused me hair loss/shedding. Taking these supplements has lessened the hair shedding. So I take them with Skin, hair, and nail supplements. Combined they are helping my hair and benefiting other things we need Vitamin D3 for. The price is a great deal for the amount you receive. I will purchase again, once I run out.

I have been taking these for a few months now. I love that the gel cap is made of coconut oil and not crap you do t need in your body. Very natural ingredients. Smaller gelcap so it’s easy to swallow. My doctor told me to take these after testing my levels. I have not had any side effects and feel good.
