I always enjoy Bob and Brad products and the Eye Massager is no exception. Good quality and lives up to the description. I've been trying it out for over two weeks now and really look forward to using it right before bed every night. I have a 23" head and found zero fit issues on my big noggin. Easy to adjust and there's plenty of room to go up even a tad larger if you need it. Don't be put off by what feels sort of weird the first day or so. It takes a little getting used to. My biggest challenge in the beginning was finding the perfect spot on my face where the weight of the headset didn't compress my nasal passages. But not to fear, I've perfected my technique. Body angle is the key. I now wear it with no issues. I tried all of the various massage and heat (cool) options as the days went on and have settled on my perfect combination. Having so many options available is amazing. They've thought of everything! As for the voice commands? Honestly, the buttons are so easy I just use those. For me at least, it's just a more sedate experience. I can't comment on the music function because sound and music bother me, so I appreciate the fact that I can turn off the music. As for the sound of the unit itself, it's actually rather hypnotic and soothing. Not very loud at all and in a low enough tone not to bother my auditory sensitivities. Battery life seems to be quite good, and charging is fast enough not to be annoying. Would definitely recommend this eye massager to anyone and not just those with tired eyes or tense temples. It's such a pleasure that I find myself drifting off at times during the 15-minute cycle. I was pleasantly surprised at how refreshed my eyes felt after using it which keeps bringing me back day after day.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this product except for I do own another Bob and Brad product which I have had for a long time. This product is also well made and will last a long time. You can tell the quality immediately. I put this on and It is so simple to use. I love the voice control. You can just put this on and lie back and then you don't have to do anything else and if you want to change something it's very simple to do by speaking. There is a very nice ease of use. I enjoy the gel mask. I can make it as cold as I want and the item itself heats up if you want it to or you can use it with no heat so the temperature levels can be adjusted to whatever you want. I do want to talk about the gel mask because it is great. It's very soft and very comfortable. You can also adjust the pressure to very soft. There are five levels of pressure and one of them is no pressure so if you just want to have cool or heat you can just do that without the massage part. This is also able to block out all light. If you're in a place where there's a lot of light and you just want to have it dark, this is so excellent for that especially with all the other things that you can do with it. There are four levels of heat with one of them being heat off, of course you want to have the heat off if you want it cool. There are also settings for the timer there are three settings which is perfect. All of these things can be done with your voice and it's so simple I really do love that part. There are also modes where it'll just run certain programs. It is programmed with five modes. Really nice. It has its own music. Two very relaxing songs which I like and also there are two rain sounds, soft rain and hard rain. That's really excellent when you're trying to relax. There is also an option to use your own music with the Bluetooth. I have enjoyed using this product. I can see myself using it daily. It will shut itself off as well after certain periods of time and you can set that, too. All in all this is a great product for a few reasons with the best one being How easy it is to use and how nice it makes you feel.

I have hemiplegic migraines with other subset migraines that run in the background. I like these a lot, it is helpful for them. First and foremost, if you wear contacts, take them out and get acquainted with all the settings. Unlike my dumb self that jumped in eyeball first for this headgear. 1. I like the music aspect of it, but the same song everytime. I turned it off and turned on my own. 2. The pressure setting should be renamed Iron Man, Hulk hands and Thanos. My God, I had to take out my contacts and lower the heat setting after the highest went Easy Bake Oven on my Oasys contacts and I had to turn them on Iron Man. Cuase baby, Don't just press buttons and put it on your face. You gonna learn today. 3. Make sure that strap is not too tight and they are situated right on your dace, the messager will knead your eyeballs to the middle of your head. I learned and now doing better. These did help calm my migraine and would recommend.

Now, I have never owned a eye massager before and the only reason I purchased this one was because I had FSA Money to spend or else I would loose it. So since this one was covered under the FSA/HSA plan, let me try it out. It is worth the money spent. The quality is great. This is definitely one of those items that you don't know you need it until you have it and now your day is not complete with out it (sounds addicting, right?) lol. The functionality works wonders for relaxing your eyes and massaging your temples. The pressure is perfect at low for me. It has heat, air compression and music and you can toggle thru what you want and it collapses to easily pack travel with it. With a full charge, the battery last long enough for a full week of usage. It is only runs for 15 mins at a time. I wish it was longer without having to start it over if needed at least 20 mins? The noise level could be a just a little quieter but I guess with all that it is doing is why it is a bit loud (or it might be becuse it is close to your ear so it sound loud), but you could always play music to drown some of the noise out. but you get used to it and then it becomes white noise. It has bluetooth function so you can play your own music as well. P.S. I tried a few more of the other brands of eye massagers (on the FSA plan) and I found that Bob and Brad to be the most relaxing and gentle for me and I like the fact they they also had 30+ yrs of profession in the field of therapy. I end up returning the other 4 brands ( didn't care for the Vibrating features nor did I like the fit - for me. I even had my girls try them to see which would they choose, without my opinion, and they also choose the Bob and Brad brand). So I ordered 2 other colors in the Bob and Brad brand. LOLOL one for traveling, one for home and one to share with my kids! Hand off of mine!! I use it EVERY night in bed and sometimes I take a 30 min nap with it during the day since my main job is on the computer in front of the screen. I works at relaxing my eyes from any strain. I just love it!! I hope if you try it that you will too.

Easy setup and self explanatory to use. Comfortable and cute color too. Soothing and spa like right in the comfort of my own home. So worth the purchase. I suffer from light sensitivity, migraines and clogged ducts and this has done me wonders! Highly recommended.

I normally don’t write reviews. But I have been so impressed with this eye massager that I have to share my story here. While I was in Texas helping my families, my right eye strangely swelled up with a thick bump on the upper lip. My family doctor prescribed eye antibiotics ointment. Used for 2 weeks but no improvement at all. I then visited an eye doctor and he also prescribed me another kind of medication. He instructed me to use dry heat eye mask and massage my eye lid. He said it’s due to my eye oil gland blockage. So I decided to search an eye massager on Amazon. I bought and tried several brands. But I was not impressed at all. Until I found Bob and Brad eye massager and give it a try. Wow, it feels so different. The way it massages around the eye and side of temples feeling so good that I often fell asleep before the session ends. The 4 button functions for you to choose your desired pressure, heat, music etc are so convenient. After a month of consistent daily use of this device, my eye gradually back to normal. But I have made this my daily routine using it before bedtime and after wake up in the morning. My eye sight has improved and puffiness around my eyes are way much better like no longer there. My friends said I looks much younger, healthy and happier. Eyes don’t lie. Now my eyes are not as tired and watery as before. And more, it relieves my seasonal allergies symptoms of nose stuffiness, congestion and headaches. I now use way much less of allergy nasal spray and pills. Wow, never thought of these benefits comes from an eye massager. My sister also bought one after she saw the difference after I use it. She totally fell in love with it. I often found her fell asleep on the couch with “Bob and Brad” on her face. Funny. We bought many products on Amazon but very rare to feel strong impression and love of a product. This one is definitely exceptional. I will definitely recommend to friends and relatives. The customer service of this company is also extremely good. They respond to customer’s questions and needs very promptly. This is kind of company will be successful by making great products and good customer support.

It’s a nice product but doesn’t heat or massage my meibomian glands. Instead it massages and heat my eyebrows and cheekbones.

I love this product so much I purchased two. One for home and one for travel. I am 62 and have dry eyes. This has almost totally relieved the issue. I use it one a day before I go to bed. The massage is wonderful with different pressure selections. For me this is an added benefit. For someone that gets headaches it can be a life saver. I can't recommend this product enough.

Bisher habe ich mich nur abgelenkt, aber nie bewusst die Augen geschlossen und ihnen somit Ruhe gegönnt. Nun habe ich mir das Augenmassagegerät von Bob and Brad bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Das über USB-C aufladbare Augenmassagegerät wird zusammen mit Ladekabel und einer praktischen Tasche zum Verstauen geliefert. Mit dem elastischen und verstellbaren Band, habe ich mir so eingestellt, dass es für mich angenehm am Kopf anliegt. Die Innenseite hat für meinen Geschmack eine angenehme, weiche Polsterung. Mit einem Druck auf den Powerknopf startet das Augenmassagegerät auch gleich mit seinem Programm. Dabei wird standardmäßig massiert, gewärmt und Musik gespielt. Mit Hilfe der weiteren drei Bedienknöpfe, für die Massage, die Lautstärke der Musik und für die Wärme, kann man nach Belieben diese Funktionen individuell verändern oder gar ausschalten. Die gewählte Einstellungen, wie auch Anfang und Ende des Programms, werden in englischer Sprache vom Gerät kommentiert. Bei mir zu Hause stören mich diese Sprachausgaben nicht. Ich finde die Musik auch nach der x-ten Wiederholung immer noch angenehm und sie unterstützt meine Ruhephase. Entsprechend der Ansage lasse ich auch nach dem gut 15min andauernden Programm die Augen für eine weitere Minute geschlossen. So kann ich mich entweder auf die zweite Hälfte vom Arbeitstag oder auch zur Bettruhe vorbereiten. Je nach dem. Ob das Gerät bei trockenen Augen hilfreich ist, kann ich derzeit nicht beurteilen. Die Massagen ums Auge herum mit der zusätzlichen Wärme finde ich sehr angenehm und habe bisher nichts negatives an diesem Augenmassagegerät feststellen können.

Absolutely love this eye mask. Following replacement eye lens surgery my wife and I have both suffered from dry eyes, and it wasn't until we saw a new optician that explained that our eyelids have oil ducts that lubricate our eyes and a common problem is that these ducts block up. He suggested using a heat mask that melts the blockage and allows the oil to flow freely as it should. We started using a microwave mask which worked but became a little unhygienic after some use and that's when I searched and found Bob & Brad's eye massager and boy what a difference, it has a nice wide strap that holds the mask comfortably on the head and a handy padded storage pouch. With numerous settings to choose from you have a good choice of treatments, personally I like the high heat with the low pressure massage which my wife often tells me I was snoring during the 15 minute preset time. The control buttons are well configured and easy to use whilst using the mask and the battery lasts for 7 uses before recharge which compared to some masks I researched is pretty good. Good solid design that allows the mask to fold in half for storing in it's padded pouch and handy to put in your bag to take away with you. The mask has a hard front shell and removable soft comfortable inner mask that can all be wiped for hygiene.
