Incomplete tent

The tent is decent .but comes without lights and fans.as a layman I have no idea how to setit up.when I bought it i thought it was the full kit at that price.Now I find out I have to buy lights fans and other things.I have no clue how to go about this. I would advise people not to buy this thinking it's a full unitFrustrated buyer. I would like to return this but don't know how.
