Q: What are the thicknesses of each color shim?

The thickness of each color is marked on the back of the package which you probably can not see. Green is 1/32 , White is 1/8 , blue is 3/16 , black is 1/16 , grey is 5/32 and red is 1/4 .

Q: What are the dimenions of the shims?

Each shim is 1-1/8” (2.85cm) x 3-7/8” (20cm) and they vary in thickness by color each by about 1/16” (1mm) the thinnest is 1/16” (1mm).

Q: I want to use these to level a wall around a tub before tile installation. Can I screw the tile board directly into these plastic shims?

I have not tried to screw directly into these shims so I can't answer with certainty. They are somewhat flexible so I would not expect them to crack especially if you pre-drill the holes. Note the ones I purchased (B01M1I4409) were only 1-1/8 inches wide, not 1-3/4 as advertised.

Q: Can you use these to align a voice coil for subwoofers

If they fit and there is enough room then they should work. Just remember that these are plastic so any prolonged exposure to heat has to be taken into acount.
