Perfect also for keeping cool
Was glad to have this travelling in the rainforest- cool enough to sleep in on its own. Was worth paying more for the silk one, I think.

Perfect for a week in the Alps
I used this sleeping bag liner for a week in the Refuges in the Alps. It kept me warm and cool enough while sleeping.I would recommend it.
