Revolutionary flavor enhancer—perfect for next-level chicken!
Even though I try to eat healthy, I really wanted to try out a few recipes for a super crispy chicken coating, and I have to say, this stuff is absolutely sensational. It adds that perfect, deep umami kick that completely elevates the flavor of the dish to a restaurant-quality level. It is incredibly easy to use—you only need a tiny pinch to make a massive difference. While it's not something I use in every single meal, it is absolutely brilliant to have in the kitchen cupboard for those times you want to treat yourself to a proper, flavorful dish.If you want to take your home cooking, stocks, or crispy coatings to the next level, this is a must-have ingredient.

MSG
This MSG has turned my kitchen into a Chinese takeaway—at least according to my taste buds. Just a small sprinkle gives my stir-fries that delicious savoury boost, and now I’m walking around with the confidence of a professional chef, despite still burning the rice.Great product and a little goes a long way. My family are impressed, although they’ve started asking where I’m hiding the takeaway menu.

Cheapest source to try MSG, and it changed my cooking
I love trying out new ingredients and cooking different dishes, so I was excited when I started to learn about including MSG in home Asian food. After looking around in local shops and online, I have found that this is by far the cheapest source for the stuff.I'm incredibly excited with how it has transformed my food! It shockingly doesn't really "taste" like anything, but brings out other flavors in your dish that weren't noticeable previously. The best way I can describe it is just the essence of takeout Chinese food that you can sprinkle into your food at the end.I totally recommend getting this, even if it's just to try out MSG for the first time. Its a great price, does great things for your food, and is a very decent sized bag to last a long time in your kitchen.

MSG, the essence of umami
Yeah just sprinkle some of this on your food and it just tastes better. That's kinda about it. Tasting it straight is strange. It's not salty, sweet, bitter, sour but has a strong savory flavor that lingers in your mouth.Generally 1 to 2 gr per 200/300 gr of meat, vegetables or carbs (rice, pasta, noodles etc)
