OMG I LOVE IT! So easy to set up and mount on wall or recess it in the wall like I have. Fireplace perfection. Comes with remote and is wifi enabled. Can also be ran by app anyone in the home can download onto their phone or smart device. Super quiet. Perfect size for my 2k sq ft home. Awesome functionality with numerous color settings and heat settings. Fantastic buy and excellent quality. Super sleek and modern looking. Couldn't be happier.

Ok, I have only had this wall mount fireplace for about a month. First one that arrived only half the flames worked. I sent it back for an exchange. They were quick to respond and resend. I chose not to recess into the wall, but mount it and frame around it. I think it turned out great. But I am amazed by the heat output. This unit is in my master bedroom. This room can be cold due to the fact it’s the furthest from the furnace. Room is approximately 800 square feet. Heats the entire room up! The aesthetics are awesome as well. Many colors, speeds of flame, brightness, timer, and temperature control. For the price you can’t beat it. Hope it lasts a few years. And it is decently quiet. I will have it on for an hour as I fall asleep. 👍🏻

Great price, very good value on a quality product. Was very difficult to get the front glass off the place the crystals that help simulate the flickering flame. Called the 800 number and the associate was very pleasant and simply said it's hard to get the glass front off. Just keep trying buy lifting up and away from the front. And eventually it did come off. Actually went back on without as much effort. Looks great and works great.

I am loving it! I wanted to get an electric fireplace that looked more realistic and this one looked like the best quality and had the best reviews for what I was looking for. I’m really happy with it! It was easy to install, looks great, and functions well for what I need.

Such a beautiful piece! It literally adds so much elegance to my bedroom. The issues that I had was opening the front glass of it was difficult because of the side screws being screwed in way too tight. It literally took WD-40 to get the screws to lift so it took me a while to put the crystals in the front. I didn’t get it for the heater, but it exhorts a tremendous amount of heat and can heat up a room very quickly. I love the remote and the various colors available to display. There’s a particular setting that allows the colors to rotate. It’s extremely heavy so it takes two people at mount it, other than that, it’s great and reasonably priced.

Easy to install, we loved the price and the simple style. Less is more sometimes! We were not disappointed.

I bought it in January 2025, We were in the middle of remodeling the basement, it wasn't until December 2025 that is was taken out of box and installed, by middle of January beginning of February the fan started making noise, I contacted Silonn followed ther trouble shooting but didn't work, I was told sorry but no warranty, I did send time dated pictures proving when it was installed, ok so I contacted Amazon they as well told no warranty, Now keep in mind that the fireplace did not have 2 or 3 months installed, also did not run no more than 2 or 3 times a week for 2 hours, I looked in the reviews and found that the fan noise is a common problem, Silonn and Amazon both know this but still refuse to help me out, if I could give 0 star I would,

Easy to install . Heat put out is amazing along with the many different flame controls and colors . Very pleased with over all product . Definitely will be purchasing more for other rooms in our home .
