I have tried a couple of other "kettle" products to use on road trips all of which have been a dismal failure. They always shorted out or didn't work at all. THIS kettle however is amazing. I took it for its inaugural trip and it worked perfectly every single time. I like to have hot coffee on the road and this did not disappoint. It was really easy to use as well. The buttons are easy to press and the LED temperature light was easy to read. It beeps when its ready and the best part is you can just flip open the lid and pour into your travel mug. It not only heats items up but keeps them warm as well. Best part is it is easy to clean as well. I also have not noticed any leaking at all. I am very impressed with this kettle and for the price it really is a solid purchase!

I highly recommend avoiding this product. From the very first day, the buttons have been completely non-functional. While it heats up on its own, there's no way to adjust the temperature settings, either up or down. This makes it extremely frustrating to use. At times, it worked in my car, but there were just as many instances where it failed to function altogether. I might have been the first customer to purchase this item, as there were no reviews available at the time. I chose it because it was a relatively inexpensive option at around $20, but in hindsight, it was a waste.I didn't attempt to return it since I was already at Denali for two months when I bought it, and finding a way to send it back would have been a hassle. Overall, don’t waste your money on this. It’s disappointing to see Amazon carrying such subpar products.

Kettle is ok, doesn’t leak, fits perfectly into car cup holder, a bit slow to boil the water (20-30min) but it’s working well. Everything is working as it should but the cable on connection on the kettle starts to melt from the heat. Not sure how long it will last. After that you can only throw it away. 3 and a half stars.

The media could not be loaded. This portable water heater is phenomenal. I got it for a music event that I did not want to have to spend 20$ a coffee that wasn’t going to even be that great. I had it attached to my small portable charger and it took about 5-10 minutes to get to proper coffee making temp (depending on how cold the water is to start). This thing works with an outlet or it has a car charging port for in the car! The amount of water it holds is about 2 small cups of water for coffee or a large size. I also used it to heat up water for powdered miso soup and it did absolutely perfectly!! Would highly recommend if you need to heat water when on the go or out and about. The container is easy to use, and has a great seal so no leaks. It heats up really fast and works amazingly.

I bought this for a 22 state backroads sleeping in my jeep adventure and it was really useful.The temperature range is great, the amount of time to boil was decent, and it’s pretty durable. It got tossed around a bit and didn’t crack or break. I think my only gripe, and it’s not a big deal, is it doesn’t come with any adapters to plug into anything other than a car cigarette lighter port.
