Yeah its good for skin and hair. Smells fresh and Virgin pure. Would recommend the 5L tin pack. As for cooking purposes, I seldom use it. Overall, thumbs up.

Adultrated Oil, do not buy this
This is purely adulterated oil. The oil is foaming when you heat it in the pan. Sadly we bought 5 liters dont know what to do with the oil now.
