UPDATED REVIEW:Turns out I was using a charger which did not provide enough input for it to charge quickly. Turns out my charger provided 65W output only to my phone. If I charged with other devices, it was only 10W power source. That is why it took so longIt is clear to me from this that the customer support is not trained or does not know how the product functions.Customer service I will give a 0/5. They do not help you or provide any advice. They keep delaying replying. They will only tell they will help you to replace it and dont reply after that.The customer service reps should be trained on the productComing to the product it is excellent.- I bought a 65Watt PD charger and it went from 24% to 100% in 45 minutes. Excellent stuff. Fast charging is very useful for me when I am hiking and get power sources sparingly like once in 2 days and I don't have to spend 7-8 hours in a hotel for charging the powerbank lol- It charged my laptop from 50% to 94% in 48 minutesI am very happy with Anker powerbank. For the product I give it a 5/5. A large capacity (20,000 mAh) Power Bank is an excellent (2nd) buy for me. It meets my charging requirement of outdoor/in travel use of my 17" laptop, two cell phones, and a mini fan. 87 W power is more than adequate. Does not heat up at all. I found it to be quite sturdy and handy. It has a long backup after a full charge, a really fast charger at that. A short charging cable with a USB-C connector reduces line losses.

Its an awesome powerbank. It handles my macbook as well. During emergencies it can keep my laptop alive for quite a while. And the inbuilt usb c is just one of those features i didnt know was actually really helpful.

Used it only once. Seems to be a good product. Need multiple usage to give a realistic evaluation. Hence the 4 star rating.

Great charging capabilities.... Supports fast charging in most of the devices. Colour is neutral black. U can charge any device... without any hesitation (ofc it has to be type C supported)... Compact...but heavy obviously it's a 20000mAH...If someone asks why should I buy Anker when I can get other brands for less prices...yes u can get....but Anker is a premium international brand...and the features it's providing...for me it's Value for money.

This power bank is a really good option for long travels. What makes it interesting is the C-type cable option. It is also pocket friendly power bank and also give the percentage of the charge available so that also let you know of you need to charge the power bank or not.

While the power bank took only 1-1.5 to charge from 0 to 100% which is good. But it's performance is the main concern. It claimed to charge macbook 1.2 times and mobile like s23 ultra 3 times. Which is wrong:-Test1- LaptopCase1:- When i was using my laptop(with battery currently being 22% and laptop was being used simultaneously) it reached 87% and the power Bank completely drained from 100 to 0.Failed 👎👎Case 2:- when i charged my laptop again when it was in use . It was at 25% , but this time the power bank charged it completely to 100% and the powerbank drained from 100 to 0.Failed 👎👎Case 3:- when the laptop was closed (sleep mode) it charged my laptop from 6 to 100 within 2 hours but the battery remaining only 7 percent on the power bank. So it can't charge 1.2 times.Failed 👎👎Case 4:- again i ran this test, and now it drained completly under the same conditions.Failed 👎👎My laptop is lenovo ideapad 5 which has smaller battery than the macbook advertised by the company. So the powerbank should charge it more than 1 times. But in 1 time only, it is completely drained and leaving only 7%So you can see the inefficiencyNote:- same apps ,same brightness levels was being used to test the product.Test 2:- MobileCase 1:- it took 8.5 hours to charge my moto g54 from 0 to 100 and in this time range the power bank drained 45%.The efficient capacity of any Powerbank is 80 to 85% meaning that the actual capacity of any company's powerbank will be less than advertised. So if i consider 85 percent of efficiency then the power bank has 17000 mah. My phone has 6000mah of battery .So 45 percent of 17000 is 7650 mah. Meaning it took 1650 mah more to charge my mobile and it took 8 hours which is very long.Note:- This mobile supports 33 watt fast charging and it takes only 2 hours to charge it from the stock charger provided by the company.So in this case it is failed 👎👎Case 2:- Moto edge 50 fusionI charged my mobile from 0 to 100 and it took 50 percent of the power bank's battery. Which is the highest drain i have noticed till now in any power bank.So 50% of 17000 is 8500. It took 3500 mah more than my phones actual capacity which means that something is wrong with the internals of this power bank.Again ran the same test, now it took 45 percent.While in this case it took only 1.5 hours to completely charge my device which is a thumbs up 👍Note:- My mobile has 68 watt fast charging and it has 5000 mah of battery. It takes only 1.2-1.5 hours to charge my device from the stock charger provided by the company.So the efficiency of this power bank is very poor.In this case also failed 👎👎While i have used many anker products in the past, some of them like my soundcore life note purchased in 2020 is still working fabulously and it is now also providing me 8 hours of playback time.But i cant recommend this powerbank.👎Thank you for reading the post. Works very well, and the built in cable fast charges most phones! Would highly recommend though a bit on the expensive side.

Ich habe die Anker Powerbank jetzt seit einigen Monaten in Gebrauch. Also wenn man ehrlich ist sogar in starken Gebrauch. Sie ist zu meinem täglichen Begleiter geworden, und musste bisher gut herhalten. Sie lädt nicht nur mein Handy problemlos auf, nein, sie muss auch meine Switch2 ständig unterstützen und komplett laden, meinen PC im Homeoffice laden und sämtliches Campinzubehör nachladen. Und sehr oft nicht gemütlich vom Schreibtisch aus, sondern im Zelt, auf Bergen, im freien und unter nicht so schönen Verhältnissen.. Darum sieht sie auch etwas mitgenommen aus, aber die muss was aushalten bei mir, da liegt sie auch mal im Hochsommer stundenlang im Rucksack oder auch mal nachts im kalten, nassen Umgebungen wie in meinem Zelt. Und nach all der Zeit arbeitet die Powerbank wie am ersten Tag. Ich hatte schon viele, und heute hab ich nur noch die von Anker dabei. Die Power reicht für alles was ich so mit mir rumschleppe, und bei harten Aufgaben muss sie auch mal mein MacBook oder das Notebook der Firma unterstützen, was sie hervorragend bewältigt. Durch das fest integrierte USBc Kabel kann ich alles laden, ich muss kein extra Kabel mitnehmen welches ich dann eh vergessen würde.Am Anfang war ich mir unsicher ob ich diese Powerbank überhaupt brauche, heute frag ich mich was ich damals ohne sie gemacht habe! Das ist so ein Teil, welches ich bei Verlust oder defekt morgen sofort wieder kaufen würde! Top Performance - top Preis! Absolute Empfehlung!
