Hi My age is 34 and it professional, below are my daily routines. - Wakeup @5PM - 2 hours in gym - Total 4 or 6 roti and 1 bowl rice - Sleeping hours 7 hours (11 PM to 5AM) - Use beardo d tan face wash and scrub - Also use 03+ d tan - Also use beardo peel off. after all I didn't get result.
