Nutricost Magnesium Chloride (2LBS) - Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, Non-GMO

This is the best magnesium supplement we've ever used. It has helped with digestion and with sleep. We like the fact that it contains only one ingredient, magnesium chloride and nothing else. Before purchasing we noticed reviews that said it would not dissolve and it tastes bad. So we tried adding the dose to water in a bottle with an airtight lid and shaking it. We found it dissolves well when shaken. To counteract the unpleasant taste, we add a few squirts of bottled lemon juice, shake it well again and drink quickly with a big straw. The taste is much more tolerable with lemon juice added, and the benefits are well worth it. Thank you for this excellent product!

It dissolved easily in a cup of chamomile tea but the taste was so bad that it made me gag and I couldn't get it down. Straight to the trash it went!!

El producto como tal es bueno, le doy un 10/10 pero, el sabor del producto es TERRIBLE, es una mezcla entre amargo/ ácido muy feo, pero con un efecto al organismo excelente, en especial para las personas de tránsito lento.

Magnesium Chloride in general is the most easily absorbed form of magnesium. And this particular brand is the best one I found. The manufacturer tests this product for heavy metals (report is available from the vendor), and this is the cleanest one among those I looked at (and many vendors don't even test or report that data). Yes the taste requires some getting-used to, as with any magnesium product. But it's not that bad. I put one or two scoops of the product into a bottle of water and drink it throughout the day, and now I barely notice the taste anymore. Folks we all need magnesium for our body to work properly, and this product is one of the best ways to go about it.
