EXCELLENT - SECOND ONE PURCHASED AND SO PLEASED WITH THE FIRST
This is a great timer - It is the second of this model that I have purchased. I already had one on a heated towel rail which is now about 3 years old and working well. It is easy to install and this time I have used it to control my emersion heater. The instructions are simple and the connectors are of good quality and allows a good grip on the wires. The switch allows an override to switch on when timer is off. I use it to heat the water during the early hours when our economy 7 electricity is cheap and generally the water stays hot all day. It also helps that it has a time displayed so that it can be checked at a glance. This unit was delivered fast very pleased with it and would buy again - this seller was the best value for money.

Fitted one of these a few weeks back but have only used it for a few days - so far, so good!

Timer used for immersion heater
Used on immersion heater to save forgetting to switch off. Works well at moment but time will tell how reliable it is.

Good heating timer but will need replaced every few years
My first one lasted just over 2 years and then the timer switch broke but I could still turn the heating off or on. I have just replaced this with another one, as I need the timer switch working for winter. I know I may have to replace it again in another couple of years. I like the fact I can time the heating in 15 minute intervals.

Depending on your requirement this can be fitted as a direct replacement for a wall socket Note! if your appliance has a plug on this isn't for you view alternative plug in timers, it's neat good design - well pleased.
