These are good Hair, Skin and Nail supplements at a reasonable price. I'm not locked into any particular brand but I do price shop, read the ingredients and number of tablets in the bottle, etc., etc., do the math... 😹 Every penny counts right? It's a lot more comfortable doing that at home on my phone instead of standing in a store aisle reading labels! I like that these are actually pretty good as multi vitamins, as well as good for my pathetic nails. Honestly, I tried everything topical to treat the horrid mess growing on the end of my fingers and just wasted a lot of money. Finally it dawned on me to treat from the inside. Voila! The nails haven't been magically transformed BUT I can now grow them out enough to have little white tips! YAY!! At 72 it still seems to matter to me, just wish that it hadn't taken to long for the epiphany! So, don't delay giving these a try yourself. 😺

As far as hair skin nail vitamins go, these are great quality and price. I have purchased this brand twice. They do have a smell (to be expected) and I always take with food, to avoid upset stomach. My nails are strong and hair seems to be growing more since I started these 4 months ago.

This is my second bottle. My hair has done wonderful after the first bottle. My hair is definitely fuller and grows faster. And for the money does great.

This product can’t be returned but all the pills are melted together you can’t get them apart!I brought two bottles and it is one big hunk in each bottle!!!! Shaking bottles sounds like a rock is in there

These supplements have more electrolytes than brands of mixes or drinks sold as electrolyte replenishing. Nails are looking better.
