Does it have a strong matcha taste?

Jade Leaf Organic Matcha Latte Mix offers a balanced, lightly sweet matcha flavor with an earthy taste, perfect for café-style lattes. It's mild with milk, similar to Starbucks lattes, but you can add more powder for a stronger flavor.

How does this compare to pure matcha powder?

It is pre-sweetened and easy to blend for quick lattes. Pure Matcha Powder is unsweetened, customizable, and works for smoothies, baking, or tea. The mix is convenient, but pure matcha offers more control over sweetness and ingredients.

How much caffeine is in a Serving?

It contains 20-30mg of caffeine per serving, about a third of coffee. It also has L-theanine for calm, focused energy without jitters or crashes. Customers say the energy boost is gentler and more sustained than coffee.

Does it work as a coffee replacement?

It has about one-third the caffeine of coffee, providing a gentler, longer-lasting energy boost with L-theanine, avoiding the afternoon crash. It’s a great step down for less caffeine, with flavor similar to Starbucks matcha lattes.

Can it be mixed with non-dairy milk?

It works great with non-dairy milk, like almond, oat, coconut, or soy. It blends smoothly and creates a creamy café-style latte. For less sweetness, customers recommend using unsweetened non-dairy milk as the mix contains 9g of sugar.
