Worst wearable gadget in the market
This product should be in contention for being one of the worst wearable gadgets in the market. I’ve been using mine in conjunction with an Apple Watch Ultra for over a month and here’s why you shouldn’t cheap out and buy something else:1. Interface : glitchy. Once the app starts syncing with the ring, you can’t scroll or do anything else.2. Steps : on an average, recorded 60% of my phone/watch data. Even when in workout mode, the phone and watch recorded nearly the same amount of steps. Even when compared to apps like Strava, the ring was inaccurate.3. Sleep : I think this feature was a parody addition to the ring. If at all you get up while you’re sleeping, the ring stopped recording any further data once you go back to sleep. Secondly, it doesn’t record any afternoon naps at all.3. O2/Stress : Another heavy deviation from Apple Watch data. Highly inaccurate.4. Battery/Charging : the only decent/good part of the ring. A full charge gets you 2 days of usage when set on maximum logging/recording. The case has an inbuilt battery which made charging on the go convenient.Overall, a sad product and poor interface. The hardware seems good but pathetic software and app interface. Seems like developers are more keen on cross selling their other products on the app than actually focusing on measuring health vitals.I do not recommend this product at all.

Best gadget in budget
This product has got so much negative rating due to boat app. The app is not made properly and can't really sync the ring data.I will suggest to use Q ring app and it shows the data correctly. The ring works flawlessly with this Q ring app. Data not syncing type issue is not present with this app.The ring is light weight, good looking specially the black colour, very good battery backup and most importantly this is wear and forget type gadget which is best for viral tracking.I have bought size 8 which is very small and fitted my pinky. You can choose your size from jewellery shop, get the size convert to mm and order as per that.

Avoid this Ring at any 'cost'
It is no wonder that Boat sold this ring at a steep discount. They wanted to get rid of the inventory as fast as possible. The ring is junk and I am not sure where to start..it losses connectivity with the phone every 30 seconds when it is close to the phone and hardly connects when it is slightly away. The number of activities it can track are a long list but it does a poor job of tracking it. Even the most basic one, Walking, it gets it wrong and of course you will have to keep the phone in your hand if you want it to be connected through the activity and this problem essentially makes it impossible to track any other activity in the list.Sleep tracking is a huge let down. I would have still given 3 stars if sleep was tracked well but it is an absolute waste. It had me sleeping 2 hours before I hit the bed multiple days and twice started the tracking 3 hours after I slept.I could keep going but I am like the ring..let me just stop.

Boat smart ring- interesting!!
Am an early adopter of new gadgets , and was waiting for a cheaper version of a smart ring to try.First impressions: Packaging is good. The case is handy and small. A bit flimsy and charged via USB C. Magnetic connector for the ring and ring has to be placed inside and aligned for charging.Ring: size is decent. I chose a size 11 and still did not fit my index finger comfortably, hence have placed it on my ring finger.Size and thickness is a tad bigger than your normal rings and might take a day or two getting used to.Weight is decent and not an issue. I felt finger fatigued as I do not normally wear any rings.Performance: Limited activity tracking options available but basic ones like step count, calorie , Heart rate, SpO2 available. Stress monitoring is something I can't comment on as I am not aware of the basis of measurement. In comparison with my smart band and Apple smart watch the measurements were within acceptable margins. There is no display of any kind on the ring and all info to be checked on the app.Battery: The battery inside is tiny and don't expect miracles. Any measurement drops the battery level by 5-10%. I have kept the BPM auto monitoring at 60 min interval and turned it off for other features.Good thing is the portable case and ring fully charged in about 2 hours. The advertised 5 days in a single charge may be a tall claim and I see a realistic 2 day battery once the initial excitement wears off.App: Boat Crest app is available on Android and iOS. OK app and no intrusive ads.Overall a good ring if you are looking for one. Fit and finish is decent with some splash protection.

Best budget friendly ring
I recently got the Boat Smart Ring Gen 1, and it's been a mixed experience for me. The design is definitely a highlight—it's sleek and stylish, making it a great accessory to wear every day. I love that it tracks my heart rate and sleep patterns, which helps me keep an eye on my health. The water resistance is a bonus since I don't have to worry about it getting wet. However, I've noticed a few thi gs. The ring feels a bit light on my finger, and it takes some getting used to.; I usually have to charge it every 3 to 4 days instead of the promised 7 days. Also, the app could use some improvements, especially with syncing data to other health apps., Hope it will get rectified with upcoming updatesOverall, the Boat Smart Ring is a decent choice in the budget, Fit should be perfect
