This one gets 4.5 stars from me!!If Love Had a Price by Ana Huang is the third book in the If Love series. And so far, this book has been my favorite of these first 3 books in the series! This book can be read as a standalone, with the characters from the first two books being referencedWhen Kris first propositions Nate to seduce her awful stepmom in an attempt to get her out of her life, she has no idea that she is in for a whirlwind of a ride along the way. His only condition after the money she offers him…for him to get a kiss from Kris at the time of his choosing.Soon after they start fake dating, both realize they might be in over their heads with extra emotions. But I love the way that Nate starts to chip away at Kris’ icy exterior and gets to know who she really is. Also, fake dating is one of my favorite tropes and I ate this book up! It also doesn’t hurt that Nate definitely knows his way around dirty talk and the chemistry between him and Kris was HOT. But also the intimacy and sweet moments between them also made my heart squeeze!Kris is a strong FMC and I love that for her! I also love getting to know a different side of her, a side that isn’t shown to most people. Whereas everyone simply sees her money and rich lifestyle, she starts opening up to Nate and he can see how caring and sweet she is for the people she truly cares about. Neither her nor Nate has had the easiest life growing up and they both face different struggles in their lives, but how they share these with one another and grow along the way is truly beautiful.Would definitely re-read this book and I also listened to the narration while I read! I loved the dual POV and having separate narrators for each of their chapters!

Ana girl, your writing is so amazing. The way you bring to life the characters I just put myself in the book. Ok, so this book had me so mad at the soon to be stepmom!!! I was just waiting for the bomb to drop, and when it did, I screamed in excitement. I loved the story between Kris and Nat and how she opened his eyes on some things. Nat helped Kris develop it was just beautiful to read. I believe this was a 3 on the spicy scale. It's definitely a little more spicy than the other 2 books. Review by: Qu33nsara

Another great book by Ana Huang. I read these after her other later books but they're all good.I will always recommend her books. Who doesn't love a good, slightly chessy and smutty, romance book? With all the feels of those who have never opened up to others amd finally find their person. Someone who understands them to their very core.

I don’t know why but it took me forever to get through this book, the story kept just going bland at times. The end was good, and what really got me was the shocking turn of events, but other then that the book could’ve been better in my opinion

Cute story. Dragged alittle. Ive read AH Twisted & Kings series & you can most def tell that this series was her first. Her writing has matured since then. Still enjoyed.

I did enjoy this book maybe not as much as the others in the series but that it just my own preference. There was a little damage but it isn't a lot or enough to notice.

This cute love story is the opposite of the normal. It was nice to read something where the girl has all the money and the guy is broke. I had a love hate relationship with Kris in this story some of the things she said was typical rich girl. However she did make up for it in other ways. I liked the evil stepmother drama.I listen to the Audio and they did a great job expressing the emotions and brought the characters to life. I do think that some chapters Cindy Kay read would have been better suited for Aiden Snow.

Okay I was so curious about how Nate and Kris met and I really liked this! Super cute and sweet. Nate sounds like a hottie 😂

After reading the first two books in this series, I was hooked and had to read the remaining two. Great simple fast reads with a great story.

The story line was great and I thoroughly enjoyed the book, its nice to see that everything works out for them.I would recommend to anyone who loves a love story.I am disappointed in how many mistakes there was in the book but it must be hard to notice them. Would definitely ask someone to double check next time.

I enjoyed this book when Kris pays aspiring actor Nate $10,000 to seduce the evil step-monster to be. While this is an interesting premise the dads girlfriend (step monster) is a pretty one dimensional character and you are left to take Kris’ word for it. There is a last minute twist at the end which would have been nice to have earlier and more fleshed out. I’m still interested in reading the fourth in this series to finish this off but hope this was a little blip.
