Purchased for my son's birthday. Despite careful care and minimal usage, the train engine is sputtering, jerking and is unable to run for more than a few seconds. Multiple sets of wheels have broken off as have some of the couplers. Absolutely not worth the cost.

Works great!
I bought for Christmas time. My almost 2 years old granddaughter loved playing with it. I did stay with her when she played with it so she wouldnโt get hurt. This train tolerated a lot of handling by her. I would recommend it.

If you're here because you're looking for a train set. You've found it..
It's big in terms of how wide the tracks span. But the trains themselve are just a bit smaller than I expected. Connecting the tracks was easy. Setting up the rest of it was easy and fun. I think i enjoyed it just as much as my son did. It comes with a conroller. The trains only move forward, not backward. That's a bit disappointing but my son couldn't care less. If you're wondering if it actually steams..YES, IT DOES. Careful setting up the tracks. They didn't feel as strong as I'd hoped they would be. But it was breeze putting it together. All in all I think the experience alone makes it worth buying. Getting to use it every Christmas at the base of the christmas tree will be equally fun.

Fun Train Set
My four year old loves this thing! He loves that he can control the train and he has a great time using it. Assembly was not too bad either.
