Bassizo made every effort to make with happy with my purchase, they quickly shipped a replacement watch at no additional cost. This is a great smart watch with a ton of features. It is quite rugged and I am extremely pleased with it's performance. The battery is long lasting. The only caveat is you should not wear it when going in to the water for swimming. Great Seller and excellent product. Buy with confidence! Initial Review: I loved this watch for some time now. It had zero issues in the shower. I went in the pool for the first time and it began to vibrate. I checked it and the watch was dead. It continued to vibrate all night long until the battery died in the morning. The watch is now totally dead. So, if you have this watch don’t wear it in the water and you should be good.

I'm typically skeptical over products like a "smart watch" for the price tag that it had; however, I took a risk and bought it anyways. Upon arriving, I was totally blown away. Every aspect of the package was shocking. All the way from the box that it was housed in, to the tool they provided, and of course the quality of the watch itself. I immediately traded out the rubber band with the black stainless band that came with it. The tool they provided made removing links easier than any other watch tool I've used in the past. All that said, the only con I did find, was the setup instructions. They were muddy to say the least given the number of features this watch has. So, being the crafty guy I am, I googled for a setup with the exact model number and there was a YouTube video explaining every step. So, the con for the setup instructions is easily remedied. The functionality and features were a little tricky at first in regard to navigating through them; however, after a few minutes I had them down pat and have loved using this watch since. I would highly recommend this watch for anyone looking for a smart watch that's first of all, an awesome looking watch, but also functions just as good as an Apple Watch at a fraction of the price.

Bought this watch in July 2024 to replace a K55 that I mistakenly left on when I jumped into my pool - it's not that water resistant.... Anyways, bought this one for its water resistance, and that's no issue. I like the dial, ease of using the watch, and its available options. ONLY dislike is the battery life. Not sure of others, but I can only get 2-3 days tops before I have to charge it up. I pretty much use it for time, and the display is set at the lowest setting, but for some reason, the battery life is suspect. I could go an entire week (and then some) using the K55 in the same manner. This is a good watch for the value, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting an easy to use, easy to read smart watch. Just keep in mind you'll be charging it often - or at least that's my situation.

I’m pretty sure I got a lemon watch because my husband has the exact same one and his watch works amazing. Mine on the other hand hasnt been working right since we got it and i didn’t think any about it because it was still new to me. I have to charge my watch every day now. I never have my phone connected to help save the battery. Furthermore I really don’t like the fact that it give no warning about needing to be charged.

The watch itself is pretty cool. I wear watches on the underside of my wrist normally. I have another smartwatch but the sensors on the other one extend out a little too far and cause discomfort. Not a problem with this watch. The flashlight function is very respectful considering it comes attached to a watch. Very useful and functional. I car speak to the waterproof capabilities and have no intention of getting a smartwatch wet so no worries there for me at least. The compass from what I can tell is accurate enough. I figure it would be a last resort if need be but I wouldn't bet my life on it. One of the only yet biggest problems I have with this watch is the fact that it won't stay connected to my phone. I have installed and reinstalled the app several times. Turned the watch off and on several times. Complete reset on both ends and read about as much as I can stand on information regarding the watch and app. Maybe I just got a dud but keeping up with texts and phone calls was the main reason I got this watch and that's the only part that is failing me. I'm not very tech savvy but I do have another smartwatch that works perfectly even though it's a little uncomfortable. I'll probably just keep this watch as a work watch simply due to the low cost fact. Again, other than the phone connection problem it's a cool watch that is comfortable to wear.

(Looks like scratches in the picture but it's not) This watch....is AMAZING!!! The battery life on this watch is insane. I've not had to charge this watch in a week and it charges really fast. The screen is definitely scratch proof. I've hit this watch doing everyday stuff and have not had a scratch on it. The call features on this watch with the app is awesome. I can literally talk from this watch. Checking messages is also a nice feature, but to be able to text from it to go along with the ability it has to make phone calls would make this watch that much better. Overall, it does what you want in a watch that's not a Samsung Watch, or Apple Watch. Its probably the best budget alternative you can get. The only feature that's missing is the ability to send text messages. That's it. It can do everything else. If you want a decent smart watch that ticks 95 percent of the features, this is the watch to get.

I've worn this watch Daily for about 10 days. I like the fact that it has a compass, a flashlight and can test your BP. The rest of the features are pretty standard across Most all smart watches. The heart and blood pressure results are not particularly accurate but they are close enough to give you a good idea if you're having a problem or not. I am disappointed with the battery. The company advertises 7 to 10 days but I can't get more than two or three without having to charge it, but it does charge quickly in about an hour . I have not tested the water proof claims yet and frankly am afraid to do so. If the company say the battery lasts long time, but it doesn't, then I am concerned their claims of its being waterproof may be exaggerated too. That plus other reviewers have complained that it hasn't held up well in the water. I guess I ought to give it a try during the warranty period. Lastly, the sleep function is again okay but not that accurate. I've looked at the time I go to bed and wake up and they don't match with the watch. Again close, but usually off an hour or two. That makes the rest of the results suspect. It has a nice big screen so it's easy to read and it will turn on and show you the time when it senses your arm moving up and coming to your face which is a nice feature. The find your phone feature is somewhat useless in the sense that if your phone is connected only to your watch by Bluetooth, as soon as you move about 10 ft away from your phone, you lose Bluetooth connectivity and the watch can't find your phone. But that's a Bluetooth problem and not the phone. Maybe if you attached your phone directly to your cell phone carrier which I have not done due to the extra monthly charges, it would solve that problem. Overall a decent watch, a good price, but somewhat of a inconvenience to have to charge it so frequently. Don't expect too much accuracy and you'll be satisfied.
