Excellent product, heats quickly, easy to use, does a great job
Great product. So light, quick to heat and easy to use. Love this. I had a bigger type that had a stand prior. Far more work and mucking around to set up and pack up. This small steamer is so quick and easy and does a excellent job. Love it. Can only do a couple a garments before the water runs out but it is a small travel steamer

Works like profational steamer and tested in Europe by me 🙂
Waited some time to be able to give a honest review.I originally purches this steamer to take it to Estern Europe/ Bulgaria for my vacation. And I did took it there. The steamer was performing great and no converter was used to change the voltage. All you need is the the adopter for the country you are visiting. The quality of the steam was nice and was getting the job done quickly! One thing is to remember is always empty you steamer from water when it is not in use. Water left in steamer can shorten the life of your steamer since some water is hard and courses build up on the heater inside.I am very experienced with steamers and I use proffetional steamers at my job as Visual merchandiser and I can assure you that this one works like pro and the fact you can take it anywhere and most countries is amazing.I will continued using it in the future and will definitely recommen to my family and friends.

It worked!
Just tried it at home and it worked perfectly. Nice flow of steam that lasted a while. Steamed 4 items that needed refreshing. Can't wait to use it for my trip to Spain.

Great for biz travel, a true dual-voltage clothes steamer
I frequently travel on business and needed something to refresh my business formal attire (blazers, pant and skirt suits, woolen sweaters, dry-clean only silk blouses etc.) while on the road. Because I travel internationally, I needed something dual-voltage. This is the 5th clothes steamer I have ever owned, I have had 2 large free-standing clothes steamers and now 3 hand-held clothes steamers. This clothes steamer is the one I use the most often, and has become a business travel essential.Pros:1) Truly dual-voltage. I used it without any problems in the UK (240V) and throughout Europe (220V/240V) as well as in the US (110V). There has been no issues with steam production at different voltages. This is not something you find in most clothes steamers of this price range.2) Small and compact for travel. It's lightweight and small enough to be easily packed into a carry-on, which is how I typically travel.3) Steam production is comparable to my free-standing, full-sized clothes steamer at home. While it would take several refills to completely remove wrinkles from a formal ballgown, I have found the steam production powerful enough to remove light creases on a wool blazer, which is quite thick.4) Produces powerful steam in a short amount of time, as advertised.5) Doubles as a hot steam humidifier. After catching a cold on one of my trips, I've found that the steamer is invaluable in doubling as a warm air humidifier in a pinch. I now also run it a few times in a dry hotel room to re-hydrate the air before bedtime.Cons: There isn't really one. The one thing I've noticed is that the heating elements at the bottom of the steamer collected a lot of limescale deposits and looked "dirty" even brand-new. This has not affected the heating functions of the steamer at all. I do however maintain it by washing it in lemon water or white vinegar after every trip, and would recommend using bottled/filtered water in the steamer if possible.

Recommended! Really helpful!
I have to say it's really convenient to use. What's more, as what the introduction says, it's portable. People who travels a lot must have it with you. It comes with a small pouch fitting the steamer so that people can store it and put it in the luggage. Yesterday I used the steamer on my shirt. It just need 2 minutes for the water to boil. Then it took me 5 minutes to stem the shirt. As you can see in the photos, most wrinkle disappeared. It's really worthy to purchase it. I'll take it with me on my wedding day to steam my husband's suites and my wedding dress! Recommend this to you!

Perfect travel steamer!
I thought I took a before and after of a top I used this on while traveling but cannot find the picture which is a shame because this little steamer is amazing! I think I will continue to use it at home, too! Lightweight to not add a lot to my baggage allowance, throws a lot of steam, and works quickly. Not sure how long a whole fill up would last as I only did a shirt here and there, but it didn't use much to finish a top. Definitely recommend for traveling or space-saving at home!

Sounds Powerful, Results...Less So
I originally selected this because of its dual-voltage feature, for its travel size and weight, and because of the encouraging ( although not particularly numerous) reviews. I will say that the unit is lightweight and is easy to operate, and it's certainly a plus that you don't need to flip a switch in order to make the transition from 110 to 220V outlets (other competing units have a recessed switch that you need a coin or a pen in order to flip from 110v to 220v). My gripe is the performance, and I echo the "wimpy" sentiment of a few of the more critical reviewers. The steam certainly SOUNDS impressive as it comes out of the steamer. But it does seem that several passes on the same area are needed. This thing just needs more thrust to project the steam out better. From an engineering perspective, it's possible that the holes on the steamer head just need to be bigger; they are pretty small as is -- so essentially the device is trying to force steam through pinholes. And given the device is only 700 Watts, perhaps it is even harder to push the steam through such small holes, whereas 1000 watts might have been more effective...although I wonder whether the holes should still be so small. Since they are a few other competitors with similar-looking devices, I really hope that this overall steamer design is not making a trade off of performance for the dual voltage feature, because at the end of the day, if a great performing steamer requires me to lug around the "brick" voltage converter, then so be it.
