In short words the truth:-It really has 4 speed modes (walk 9mph, eco 15 mph, race 21 mph and sport 28 mph).-The range depends on the speed modes such 37 miles long goes on the Walk mode.-I live in an apt on the 2nd floor, so it is a little bit heavy to carrying to there but not impossible.-The folding is great, very easy.-Lights surprised me! Looks small but powerful, look the video.-Battery life goes down fast because of the winter but it is normal (I usually run between Eco and Race and I get around 15 to 20 miles long) also keep in mind about climbing. That’s really good.-The acceleration is amazing, it goes fast and climbs very easy.-You can lock the system through your phone with the app, it is amazing because no body can move it literally, if like the breaks were on or kind of and if you want to try it beeps, that’s fantastic.The sound is really good, I can’t explain, like a little space ship.The value is very convenient you will see.Quality absolutely great!That’s why, I love it!

It's a good scooter. My only complaint is that bracket to hold scootertogether when it's broken down, doesn't work.Also the speed setting resets back to walk setting, everytime you turn the power off.That makes you have to press to power button six times to set the speed back to max.( sport).

As far as the scooter goes, it was actually just fine. Not a bad scooter at all. The scooter goes as fast as they say it should. Quality is on par. The problem for me was a matter of lack of torque and getting up hills—and it’s important because I live in a hilly area. I’m ok with substituting speed for torque, and the problem is that most vendors don’t advertise how much torque the scooter has. “Just buy a dual motor scooter” one may say; it has much less to do with that and more to do with torque and power. It’s possible to have a high power scooter with lower torque and higher speed and a high power scooter with high torque and lower speed. I’m learning that if you want a good scooter for hills and you don’t know how much torque the scooter has, it’s safer to stay above the 2000W range. If hills aren’t a problem for you, this scooter is totally fine. This scooter goes up hills, just not great (I’m 6’, 185lbs).I have to give credit to the seller’s customer service. I had to be patient with them, but I remained as polite as I could in arguing my dilemma. They ended up refunding my scooter in full, and I give them huge credit for doing that.

I’m 250 pounds and I reached 28 mph with no issues really good quality haven’t had any problem had it for almost 2 months tires are really thick and good headlight works and lights up really good turn signal are bright enough for cars to see. Breaking is really good breaks fast and easy to use and assemble took me 15 min to assemble just one issue when folding and picking it up it unhooks besides that really good. All my family and friends liked it.
