Easy to set up, clear display panels, showing caller information. It also has the added bonus of using the optional call announcement function, which says the number (and the name of the caller if they have been programmed in). Hearing who is calling has proved useful when we're not near a handset to be able to read the display to see who is calling. This has helped stop my partner picking up scam calls, thinking it was a friend calling!

Big screen and big digits so easy for elderly person to see

This is a nice enough phone and the quality seems good. The remote units have very small buttons though. Even worse the call answer button has two functions and if you press the wrong part of the button you don't pick up the call. Bad design in my opinion. I'm in my 50's so needed my reading specs to use the handset. My elderly parents who the phone was bought for had no chance. Would be a perfectly good phone for young folk though..!
