Perfect Everyday Cooking Oil
This avocado ail is very nice. I use it on roasted vegetables, meats, most things I used olive oil for I now use avocado oil - due to the health benefits. I tried it baking and that was not so good. The oil has a really subtle delicious flavor that is very good with savory food but it gave a slightly interesting taste to my cheat day chocolate cake. Overall this is a perfect everyday oil!
