Amazing packaging. Came frozen and packaged well. Tea box was inside styrofoam clad larger box with dry ice packaging (including details on disposing dry ice packs) to keep food frozen. You can put in freezer to keep longer, fridge or defrost to eat when want. Cakes were moist, very tasty and Beautifull. We warmed the Scones before eating and were scrummy with the cream and jam. Tea good quality. Well worth the price and far better than normal afternoon tea boxes for only a few pound more. Well worth trying as a superb gift which is what ours was.

I sent this to a friend for her birthday. it arrived early in the morning. Although I wasn’t a witness to the product, both she and her partner said it was beautifully presented and good quality food. From their feedback, I would order again.

Birthday treat for my Dad - loved the cakes, plenty of cream, but was meant to be 4 scones - 2 plain, 2 fruit but came as 3 plain and 1 fruit - but was disappointed with the scone size as they were minute. Apart from that - said it was lovely.

We brought this for my son who is at university and we had it delivered to him directly. Really, really well packaged. I was worried about the cakes becoming mush in transit, but they arrived in perfect condition and looked amazing. My son was so pleased and I was told that the cakes and scones were so delicious!This is a such a lovely treat for someone, and the company ensure everything arrives in top condition.I highly recommend.

I was initially worried that the tea would arrive on time but it was here by1000 am on the birthday morning. The packing was brilliant, cool bags and wrapped firmly and safely. The food was delicious, well presented and a lovely birthday treat. We live in a small town with no really good tea shops,So this is absolutely ideal. Definitely will order again. Excellent value especially as it came on Prime.

I thought Patisserie Valerie were supposed to be a quality product but I was sorely mistaken, disappointed with it is all I can say, the cakes (carrot cake and chocolate cake) were dry and chewy. There was one piece of Sultana (Sultanas (99.5%), in the scones, they must have thrown them in from the other side of the room.Just very disappointed won’t be buying again.

Bought for my sister to cheer her on coming out of hospital. In hindsight, can't justify the high price. My sis enjoyed it, she said: "Lovely scones wiv lots of jam and cream. The choccy cake had a mild boozy taste and the carrot cake very light and tasty. A lovely treat."However the scones, jam, cream and 2 teapigs teabags could only come to £6 using finest comparable brands in supermarkets. Allowing a generous £9 for delivery since it was "incredibly well cold wrapped" that leaves £18 for two small cakes the size of muffins. Not good value!
