Great unit at good price
Very good little unit that does the job well. I used it to boost voltage to run Christmas LED lights from a 12V battery. Be aware that there is no short circuit protection so don't short it out. Certainly not a fault and I suppose one shouldn't expect it at this price, just something to be aware of and put in your own protection. I will buy more.

Well packaged and do their job
The packaging was good and the modules work as intended without any issue.something to note is they are set for 13-15v and that kicks in after a ~3.8v input but can be adjusted so make sure to test them before wiring directly.all in all work great for my projects.

Doesn't work with 3.7V input needs 5V minimum
Wish I had translated the non-English reviews. The input voltage for the XL6009 is specified as 5V. Don't expect them to give 5V output with 3.7V input, they won't.

Okay for the price
Pretty good - nice fine adjustment. Gets extremely hot under load and whines a lot.Added heat sinks to the inductors to help heat dissipation but I'm really not convinced of their longevity.

Aus 12V werde 15V!
Weihnachten steht ja schon fast vor der Tür. Ich habe wieder mal die Weihnachtsbeleuchtung herausgekramt und musste feststellen, dass bis auf eine Lichterschlange, alles mit 12VDC betrieben wird. Nur eine benötigt 15 VDC. Da mir die Flut an Netzteilen auf die Nerven ging, entschied ich mich, alle LED-Lichter mit einem "großen" 12 VDC-Netzteil zu versorgen. Um hier aus den 12 VDC 15 VDC zu erzeugen, habe ich mich für den Stepp-Up-Konverter von ICQUANZX entschieden. Ich bestellte 5 Stück, denn als Bastler, kann man so etwas immer brauchen. Nach der Lieferung gleich mal an Labornetzgerät angeschlossen, auf 12 V eingestellt und den Ausgang gemessen. Ich musste ihn natürlich erst einstellen, aber das war mittels dem verbauten Spindeltrimmer ja kein Problem. Also exakt auf 15 V justiert, anschließend in ein kleines Kunststoffgehäuse verbaut und mit Schmelzkleber gegen Feuchtigkeit geschützt. Funktioniert einwandfrei! Ich kann diese "kleinen Helfer" nur sehr empfehlen.

Parfait pour élever la tension. J'ai acheté ça pour tenter de remplacer les alimentations 12w de panneaux LEDs plats 30x30cm, qui s'alimentent après mesure en 37,4v pour 270mA... Ce qui fait 10w. Au final, Je n'arrive pas tout a fait a 10w mais visuellement ça fait le travail, la luminosité obtenue est suffisante, et j'ai la possibilité de les faire varier ensuite via PWM, donc c'est parfait.A noter, sur un module, le condensateur d'entrée était dessoudé... Un coup de fer a souder a corrigé le tir.
