terrible customer service
the after-sales warranty is a joke. i had an issue with the joystick and tried to contact customer service. despite their promise to reply within 12 hours, it took them three days to get back to me, and the response was unhelpful.

Folding Mechanism is a Hassle
I bought this wheelchair for my father-in-law, and it’s been a hassle. The folding mechanism is not smooth and requires a lot of effort. For a product marketed as 'easy to carry,' it’s far from convenient.
