I have only used the steamer once and I only use it when going out someplace special on my linen clothing. I expect to use it often during the warmer months. My experience, thus far, has been positive. I am pleased with the storage of this unit in my walk-in closet and the ease of using it there. It performed very well, ironing out wrinkles in one swipe.

This steamer is very easy to use and assemble. Bought it to steam bunch of clothes for a wedding which included cotton, silk, and polyester and this worked amazing. Very powerful compared to my previous more expensive steamer, and very easy to pack up and take with you. Wrinkles came out with ease. Recommend this to anyone on the fence about purchasing this steamer. Very solid build quality as well so this should last a while.

I was looking for something that wouldn’t take up as much space as a standing steamer, but would hold more water than a travel steamer. This is it!The handle is heavier than your typical standing steamer handle, probably because of the metal plate, but I can live with that. I only wish the hook for hanging could be turned to hang over the door, but overall, I’m happy with this item.

The problem with this steamer is that it sputters water way too much. I've gone through a lot of steamers and none of them have had this bad of problem where the water isn't turned into steam and is just shot out as much as this. It's convenient cuz it sits on my coat rack, but basically useless as a steamer because it just splatters water all over my clothes while steaming. I've tried all of the different settings (low, medium, high) and I've tried waiting to see if it was an issue of steamer still heating up. Nothing fixes the sputtering problem. Also, I have been using distilled water to prevent mineral build up on the heating elements as well so I know there's nothing preventing the steaming element from properly heating up the water. This is just a really sub par steamer. I'm leaving 2 stars because you can just let your clothes dry from all the wet spots and wear them normally if you steam your clothes the night before or something like that.

Heat up nice and clean. Water tank easy to used, come with heating glove, excellent product
