Cons is that battery does not last very long. Pros is that it's easily rechargeable and does it's job well

The product was awesome and it does it's work flawlessly! But after few months I got issue with the product and caresmith immediately send me a new replacement product immediately as it was within warranty period! The process of contacting customer support and getting the new replacement product was really awesome! I am very much satisfied with their service and product!
